The Payday Condominiums are conveniently located across the street from the Silver Star chairlift at the Park City Resort. This complex offers spacious Three, Three Bedroom+Loft and Four Bedroom condominiums. Some units offer a private hot tub* and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Payday is located one-half mile (.804 kilometers) from the base area of the Park City Mountain Resort, which is accessible via the Park City free city shuttle system and within walking distance to the Silver Star lift.

Check-In location:

All Payday guests will check in via our "Direct to Condo" check-in process. Guests will complete a pre-registration form prior to arrival. The front door electronic code and other check-in information will be sent to the guest prior to arrival once the pre-registration form has been received by Identity Properties. Pets are not accepted at this location. Payday condominiums are non-smoking rentals.

Housekeeping (Nightly and monthly rentals): Your rental does not include housekeeping services during your stay. Housekeeping services can be purchased with a minimum of two weeks notice to our Reservations/Guest Services office at 800-245-6417 x 2. Our housekeeping staff will provide additional towels, soaps, shampoo in the bathroom vanities.

--As of January 2022, the Identity Properties Winter Season on-call, in-town courtesy shuttle service will no longer be operational. The Park City city-wide free bus system is fully operational through the summer and winter seasons and is easily accessible from our vacation rental locations. The bus routes and other information can be found at

*NOTE: As of June 1, 2018 Payday guests will no longer have access to the Three Kings pool and community hot tub area.

*Private hot tubs are de-activated in the summer. Summer rental activation fee is $35 per day plus tax. Please contact us 72 hours or more prior to your arrival date for summer hot tub activation at 800-245-6417.

The Park City Resort may close certain lifts during the winter season. Identity Properties is not responsible for lift closures and we recommend guests review the Park City Resort's website or contact them at 435 649 8111 for the most current lift operations information.

Well equipped kitchen. Very convenient to Silver Skis lift and bus stop. Management responsive to non working WiFi, supplying a mi-fi for us. Ice maker in fridge did not work. Hot tub was good. Would stay here again. Best set of cookware, but needs a pizza pan and baking sheet.
