Welcome to Payday 183—a well-appointed Park City condo rental featuring a private hot tub on the deck, vaulted cedar ceilings, expansive mountain-view windows, and direct walking access to the Silver Star Lift at Park City Mountain Resort. This 3-bedroom plus loft, 4-bathroom retreat offers 1,700 square feet of inviting living space, perfectly situated just a half mile from the Park City Mountain Resort base and a short walk from the Silver Star Lift.

Set within the Payday Condominiums community, Payday 183 enjoys a peaceful alpine setting with mature landscaping, walking paths, and a serene community pond nearby. Tucked alongside the scenic cross-country ski trail and just steps from the free Park City bus system, this Park City vacation rental places you in the heart of year-round adventure with unbeatable convenience.

Inside, breathtaking mountain views greet you through the expansive windows in both the dining and living rooms, while the open-concept main level features a beautifully remodeled kitchen, comfortable dining and living area, and a gas fireplace. The unit comfortably sleeps up to eight guests across thoughtfully designed sleeping spaces. The main-level primary suite offers a queen bed and private bathroom with walk-in shower. An open loft above the primary bedroom features two twin beds. The second-level bedroom includes a queen bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and privacy door, and a top-level loft tucked at the top of a stairwell offers two additional twin beds in a more secluded setting.

Step outside to your private deck and unwind in your own outdoor hot tub—perfect for stargazing after a day on the slopes. Payday 183 also includes a private washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and parking for one vehicle with a valid pass. Please contact our Guest Services office prior to arrival to arrange for a second parking pass if needed.

Payday 183 is a non-smoking, pet-free property.

Check-in is seamless with our "Direct to Condo" process—simply complete your pre-arrival registration form to receive your personal entry code. Daily housekeeping is not included, but optional cleanings can be arranged with advance notice by contacting our Guest Services Team at least two weeks prior to your stay.

Park City's free local bus system runs year-round, making it easy to explore all the local dining, shopping, and recreation that make this mountain town so memorable.

Well equipped kitchen. Very convenient to Silver Skis lift and bus stop. Management responsive to non working WiFi, supplying a mi-fi for us. Ice maker in fridge did not work. Hot tub was good. Would stay here again. Best set of cookware, but needs a pizza pan and baking sheet.
