Park Avenue condominiums offer a great location year round for your family vacation or group in Park City, Utah.  The Park Avenue Condominiums adjoin to the cross country ski trail (which is the golf course during the summer months) and offer One to Four Bedroom condominiums. Identity Properties, Park City Resort Lodging, offers over 50 condominium rentals at the Park Avenue condominium complex.  The complex is conveniently located just one-half mile (.804 kilometers) from the Park City Mountain Resort.  The Park Avenue condominiums are conveniently located on Park City’s free city-wide transportation route and within walking distance to many restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Amenities include attached carport parking (in select rentals), outdoor heated pool, common area hot tubs and sauna. All Park Avenue vacation rentals include complimentary Wi-Fi and many condominiums offer a private hot tub *.

 *Private hot tubs are de-activated in the summer. Summer rental activation fee is $35 per day plus tax. Please contact us 72 hours or more prior to your arrival date for summer hot tub activation at 800-245-6417.

 

Air Conditioned Comfort – Many of our Park Avenue vacation rentals offer air conditioning for your summer getaway.  Choose from Park Avenue #224 (2BR), #210 (2BR), #211 (1BR), #214 (2BR+Loft). 

 

Park Avenue Condominiums offer the ideal Park City vacation rentals for your next summer of winter ski vacation in Park City.  By making your Park City lodging choice Park Avenue condos,  you are making a decision that will make your holiday a more memorable experience. Park Avenue Condominiums offer both entry level front door access and upstairs level front door access.  If stairs are a concern – please advise our Reservations staff at the time of booking.

Check-In location: 1705 Captain Molly Drive,  Park City Utah via our "Direct to Condo" check in process.

Check-in time: 4pm - Check-out time: 10am

Pets are not accepted at this location.  Park Avenue condominiums are non-smoking rentals.

 

Park Avenue Condominiums Check In: 
All Park Avenue Condominiums guests will check in via our "Direct to Condo" check-in process.  Guests will complete a pre-registration form prior to arrival.  The front door electronic code and other check-in information will be sent to the guest prior to arrival once the pre-registration form has been received by Identity Properties.  Call Reservations/Guest Services at 800-245-6417 x 2 for more information or email us at [email protected].

Housekeeping (Nightly and monthly rentals):  Your rental does not include housekeeping services during your stay.  Our housekeeping staff will provide additional towels, soaps, shampoo in the bathroom vanities.  Housekeeping services are available for purchase.  Please contact our Reservations office at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival date at 800-245-6417 x 2 for pricing and to reserve a housekeeping service.   

 --The Identity Properties Winter Season on-call, in-town courtesy shuttle service will no longer be operational after March 1, 2021.  We apologize for any inconvenience.  The Park City city-wide free bus system is fully operational through the winter season and is easily accessible from our vacation rental locations.  The bus routes and other information can be found at https://www.parkcity.org/departments/transit-bus/routes-schedules

We had a wonderful time at this property. Perfect location with only a 15 minute walk to the slopes and right across the street from the Fresh Market for groceries and bus dropoff. Loved the backyard as it was just snow and trees everywhere. Would definitely stay here again!

I rented 5 condos in January 2024 for my group of 23 college students, two professors and guests. For over 20 years of travel with a group of college students to Park City, Sandra Hull (manager of guest services) at CooperWynn Property Management has provided our group with exceptional professional service. From booking condos to providing attentive and caring service during our 10 day stay, Sandra and her excellent staff have not only been responsive to our needs, but also been proactive regarding anticipating our needs and checking in and following up with us when necessary. I highly recommend booking lodging with CooperWynn Property Management. The condos are clean, spacious, centrally located and provide ample basic supplies for guests, including bedding and bath supplies. Park Avenue condos are in a particularly ideal location at the base of the Park City Resort and with a supermarket, theaters, and shops located across the street. This place was just right for our Park City ski trip: it was by a shuttle stop to get to the base or town, and it was across the street from the grocery store. We did not need a car at all. The living space was nice with enough seating and warm fireplace, and the kitchen was big enough to cook for a larger group. The pool/hot tub were a short walk away. The only negative was no place to store skis/boards outside in a closet that can be locked. Overall, it was an excellent stay and trip!

Was very impressed with the Airbnb it was clean and very close to the slopes. (walkable ) The only con was the master bed had an indention in it. Definitely not the most comfortable bed. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends! The host was very responsive.

Place met all of our expectations. It was very clean and the location is fantastic with a short walk to the Park City Mountain ski lifts. Check-in and check-out were very easy and the staff was very friendly. Highly recommend.

This was an excellent property. Clean and perfect for our group of 6 skiing Park City and Deer Valley. Easy check in and out. Hardly any issues, and they were quickly addressed. Was a wonderful trip and very convenient to ski Park City. Highly recommended!
