Great location. Convenient to park city and other shops/restaurants. Shuttle stop is super close. The pool was not open but hot tubs were. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Our kids loved the loft area and the 2 other bedrooms worked out well. Overall excellent stay.

Since 1997, I've traveled with college students from the San Francisco Bay Area and booked 4 -5 condos for my class. Sandra Hull at CooperWynn has always provided me and my students with outstanding customer service and support. Their properties are clean, attractively appointed, fully equipped and in the perfect location in Park City for vacation lodging any time of year.

Excellent unit to stay in ! Extremely clean and comfortable! The communication was great and everything was there that we needed . A few of the pots need to be replaced as they were hard to clean but everything else exceeded our expectations. Also great proximity to everything! we would definitely recommend!

Perfect location for our spring break ski trip! Walking distance to the slopes, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen and great living room to relax in at the end of the day. Management was great to work with. They provided lots of tips about the area and were flexible when we needed to switch around our days. We will be back!

The location of Park Avenue 227-1695 is spectacular, so close to PC mountain and right near two bus stops. The supermarket is a 5-minute walk across the street. The unit was spacious and clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked. You can't beat having a private hot tub! The loft in this unit is a private bedroom with ensuite bathroom, which was an unexpected plus! The mattresses can use updating, which I mentioned to the property manager separately after our stay. They were very receptive to the feedback and genuinely want to improve the experience for future guests. The garage area is well-lit at night which made us feel safe.
The guest services team was very communicative and accommodating. We had an insignificant maintenance item that was addressed right away, even though it would not have impacted our stay one way or the other. CooperWynn clearly takes pride in their properties and ensuring guests have a comfortable stay. I would definitely book with CooperWynn again!

The title says it all - had a great time at this condo after staying at many in park city over many years. Great location walkable to ski hill, grocery store, and across from hot tub. Clean with excellent kitchen layout and everything you need to cook!

Nice unit on the Golf Course

This is a great location, and this is our second summer in this unit. The unit overlooks the 18th tee box on the Park City Golf Course and is convenient to stores, restaurants, downtown, and is on the route of the free bus service. We asked the owner to provide a table, umbrella, and chairs for the patio, which he did. What stops this from being a 5-star unit, in our opinion, is that the furniture is worn, and needs replacing. The master bedroom has 2 single beds, which can be pushed together. The management company will provide king bedding if you wish.
The unit also could use some updating. We've seen other units in the Park Avenue Condominium complex where the owners have done major renovations, that rent for the same price.
What makes this unit perfect for us is that it contains a washer/dryer, which is a must have. Without the washer/dryer we would have to use the community wash room, which is both expensive and inconvenient when staying for 2 months. Very few of the other rental units have washer/dryers installed, which, frankly is a surprise.

Stayed at the condo for a ski trip. Group had 4 adults (2 couples) and 2 kids. Bedrooms on second floor worked perfectly. Location was great! Shuttle stops right in front of the ski shop next door to take you to mountain. Easy 10 minute downhill walk home.

We had a wonderful time at this property. Perfect location with only a 15 minute walk to the slopes and right across the street from the Fresh Market for groceries and bus dropoff. Loved the backyard as it was just snow and trees everywhere. Would definitely stay here again!

This place was just right for our Park City ski trip: it was by a shuttle stop to get to the base or town, and it was across the street from the grocery store. We did not need a car at all. The living space was nice with enough seating and warm fireplace, and the kitchen was big enough to cook for a larger group. The pool/hot tub were a short walk away. The only negative was no place to store skis/boards outside in a closet that can be locked. Overall, it was an excellent stay and trip!

Was very impressed with the Airbnb it was clean and very close to the slopes. (walkable ) The only con was the master bed had an indention in it. Definitely not the most comfortable bed. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends! The host was very responsive.

Great Place to stay! This condo is very close to the Park City ski resort. We could have walked if we had wanted to. It is also close to shops, and a Fresh Market grocery. The pictures of the unit are as we found it. The unit was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had a nice supply of cookware, dishes, utensils, and even some basics in the cupboard for cooking (oil, sugar, seasoning, etc...). It is really a beautiful unit on the backside of the complex so fairly quiet from outside noise. We enjoyed spring skiing. Our host, Jocelyn, was awesome! Although we never met in person, she was quick to respond to questions and anything we needed. Thank you, Jocelyn, for a great place to stay.

Great place, close to PC mountain lifts and well-connected via transit. Fresh market was a 5-minute walk. Everything was provided for, and the place was clean and spacious. We had a slight delay at checkin since the front office doesn’t open till 2pm (we were under the impression it opens at 10am and we could drop our luggage there). Had to call and wait for some time till someone came by and helped us checkin. Overall though, it was very relaxing to chill and unwind after a long day of skiing on the mountain! Kids had a blast in the hot tub and swimming pool. Thanks for letting us use your place. Would definitely stay again!

This was a well-stocked, super clean, surprisingly roomy 2 level condo. We loved it, especially the private hot tub, radiant fireplace, mountain views, walking distance to PC mountain, shopping and restaurants! Highly recommend this apartment to anyone staying in park city. It was spacious, clean, and conveniently located. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the lifts and a 5-minute walk to the bus stop and gear rental place (cole sport). The apartment itself was a great nice kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to cook a nice meal. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice. The private bedrooms are both very quiet and spacious. The loft area is semi-private, it looks down into the living room that has the fireplace. We had plenty of space to store several pairs of skis and ski boots. My only complaint is that the dryer did not work, so we didn’t have clean or dry towels because we all used them for the hot tub/pool. The front desk was notified and the issue was taken care of after we checked out. My friends and I were very comfortable and satisfied with our stay and we would stay here again.

Great location: 5-min walk to the ski lift, 5-min walk to the grocery shop and a lot of other shops (spa, fitness), 5-min ride to the Main Street! On the 2nd floor, there is one big bedroom with a bathroom attached, another bedroom (smaller) and an open mezzanine with a bed are sharing another bathroom. On the 1st floor, the kitchen is between two living rooms. There is also another restroom and a closet with a washing machine and a dryer on the 1st floor. You will have plenty of space! We especially appreciated the fireplace and the kitchen appliances and cooking accessories - perfect for 6 people. People sleeping in the mezzanine should bring sleep masks and earplugs if they want to sleep late. The photos and description are accurate, even if the apartment is less bright than on the pictures - but it did not bother us. I would stay again and I highly recommend this place for a ski trip!

Perfect for 5-6 people for a ski weekend. Grocery store across the street in walking distance is a plus. Can walk to park city slopes if you want, or easy shuttle that can take you to them or to canyons. Super close to community hot tubs. Washer dryer in unit FYI. I would stay here again.

Plenty of room for the 4 of us and walking distance to Park City Ski, main street and most attractions in Park City. Would go back again.

You can access the free Park City city-wide bus system a the stop right across the street from the complex.

Plenty of room for my family of 4. Very close to the slopes, you COULD walk if you were so inclined but we did not. Fresh market across the street was super convenient. Sandra Hull made the entire process as smooth as silk, I cant thank her enough for our perfect vacation!

This was an excellent property. Clean and perfect for our group of 6 skiing Park City and Deer Valley. Easy check in and out. Hardly any issues, and they were quickly addressed. Was a wonderful trip and very convenient to ski Park City. Highly recommended!

Wonderful Condo, close to Park City Slopes

Family of 6 with 4 late teens, loved the well appointed condo and skiing. Plenty of room for all, and many unexpected extras: heated bathroom floors, great kitchen for cooking with plenty of cookware, cook books and dishes: 6 :yes 6 or more levels ambient lighting first floor: reverse osmosis water filter under kitchen sink, ( you may scratch your head, hubby is water geologist, we bought 10 gallons of water which we returned). The boys enjoyed the private hot tub. Hubby and I enjoyed the club, outdoor pool and hot tubs, We all had comfortable beds and stocked bathrooms. We had a bathroom glitch, which was handled by Identity properties. Charming living room, we did not use much. We were the eat, ski, hot tub, eat and sleep family. I purposely disconnected from electronics, the boys and hubby used Wi -Fi. Over all a 10 star vacation, thank you home owners and property managers

My family and I stayed in this fantastic condo at the end of the ski season and couldn't have been happier. It was the first time in the mountains for our twin toddlers, and this was a perfect home base for exploring Park City and the surrounding resorts. Easy access to free shuttles and bus service year round meant we didn't need to rent a car and could get everywhere we needed to go when we needed to get there. Lots of shops, restaurants, and a large supermarket are walkable with little ones, including Park City Mountain Resort. The unit itself was large, well-equipped, elegant but still felt like home. The cozy fireplace and private outdoor spa were the perfect ways to end the day. Will definitely go back for ski season, but also want to check out the summer months.
