Located just steps from the Park City Golf Course and adjacent winter cross-country ski trail, this 1,610 sq. ft. condo offers a warm mountain setting just minutes from Park City Mountain Resort. Guests can easily walk to local restaurants, shops, and grocery stores, or hop on the free Park City transit system with a stop conveniently located near the complex.

This two-level townhome-style condo features a fully equipped kitchen, open dining and living area, and a convenient half bath on the main floor. Upstairs, you’ll find three private bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements are ideal for up to eight guests, with a full bed in one bedroom, one queen beds in both the second and third bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the cozy sitting area just off the dining room.

The living room offers a large flat-screen TV with HDMI input, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. Two of the upstairs bedrooms also include flat-screen TVs with HDMI capability. Other thoughtful touches include complimentary Wi-Fi and carport parking for added convenience.
