1. Do all condominiums offer Wi-Fi?

No, only select condominiums offer complimentary Wi-Fi access. Refer to the condo description on our website to see if your condo offers Wi-Fi. All condominiums at the Jupiter Inn and Resort Plaza locations offer complimentary Wi-Fi.

2. Where do I check in?

Identity Properties offers four front desks throughout Park City. Guests staying at the Park Avenue Condominiums and Snow Country 1046 locations will check in at the Park Avenue Condominiums front desk located at 1705 Captain Molly Drive. Three Kings, Payday, Crescent Ridge and Temptation guests will check in at the Three Kings front desk located at 1500 Three Kings Drive. Lakeview, Park View, Town Lift Home, Racquet Club and Windrift 13 guests will check in at the Identity Properties Main office located at 375 Saddle View Way.  Jupiter Inn guests will check in at the Jupiter Inn front desk located at 2260 Park Avenue. Resort Plaza guests will check in at the Resort Plaza front desk located inside the Marsac Mill Manor at 1325 Lowell Avenue.

3. How do I check in if I’m arriving after 9pm or on a day when the front desk is not open?

A lockbox is located at each of our four front desk locations. The Park Avenue, Three Kings and Jupiter Inn front desks are opened during the summer season (Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend) usually from 10am-9pm. The Resort Plaza front desk is not opened during the summer and fall seasons – Resort Plaza guests will check in via the lockbox located at the Marsac Mill Manor. Guests arriving after 9pm can obtain the lockbox code by calling the Reservations Department at least 72 hours prior to your arrival at 800-245-6417.

4. Does my rental include housekeeping services?

During the winter season (Dec.1-April 15) – all rentals will receive one mid-week cleaning service for stays of 6 nights or longer. During the spring/summer/fall seasons (April 16-Nov.30), Resort Plaza guests will receive one midweek housekeeping service for stays of 6 nights or longer (excludes monthly rentals). All other locations including the Jupiter Inn will not receive housekeeping service from April 16-Nov.30. Housekeeping services are available for purchase – please contact the Reservations Department at 435 649 5100 x 2 for pricing. Mid-week cleaning service includes exchanging bath and bed linen, trash removal, cleaning and vacuuming as needed.

5. Who do I contact for an after-hours emergency once I check in?

Identity Properties offers a manager on duty emergency hot line. Call into the main number at 435-649-5100 which will give you further contact information about our emergency hot line when you call after 9pm.

6. Is the private hot tub associated with my unit available for me to use during my stay?

Many Identity Properties rentals list a private hot tub in the description on our website. Winter rentals (Nov.1-Apr.15) include private hot tub usage with your reservation. Spring/Summer/Fall season rentals (Apr.16-Oct.31) do not include private hot tub usage with your reservation but can be purchased by contacting our Reservations Department at 800-245-6417 x 2. Please notify the Reservations Department at least 72 hours prior to your arrival if you would like to purchase the private hot tub usage. Park Avenue, Three Kings and Resort Plaza complexes offer a community swimming pool and hot tub; Jupiter Inn offers a community hot tub only.

7. Does my condominium rental offer air conditioning?

Not necessarily, only select condominiums offer air conditioning. Refer to the condo description on our website to see if your condominium offers air conditioning. All condominiums at the Jupiter Inn offer air conditioning.  Additionally, these rentals also offer air conditioning:

Resort Plaza: 5058 (1BR), 5051 (1BR), 5049 (2BR), 5021 (2BR), 5007 (2BR), 5052 (2BR), 5031 (2BR), 5048 (2BR), 5018 (3BR), 5043 (4BR).

Park Avenue Condominiums: 211-portable A/C in living room, 299 (2BR), 210 (2BR), 224 (2BR), 214 (2BR+Loft)

Three Kings Condominiums: 38 (1BR+Loft), 66 (2BR), 87 (2BR), 83 (2BR), 53 (2BR), 36 (3BR)

Payday: 159 (3BR+Loft)

8. Do I have access to the Identity Properties winter on-call courtesy shuttle?

The winter season Identity Properties on-call in-town courtesy shuttle is only available for guests staying at the Jupiter Inn, Crescent Ridge 108 and 143, Three Kings 93, 53, 65 and 66, Park View 2214, Racquet Club 152, Park Avenue 247, Park Avenue 227 and Windrift 13.  The courtesy shuttle is available from mid-December through March and operates from 8:30am -8:30pm daily.  The Identity Properties courtesy shuttle does not operate during the Sundance Film Festival.  Guests staying at all other locations will need to use the Park City free bus system.

Three Kings condominiums – Great location in Park City

Three Kings has an awesome location, great pool, easy bus access in beautiful Park City!  Great stay at the Three Kings Condominiums – thanks Identity Properties!

Three Kings Condos offer Convenient lodging, walk to skiing & grocery

Three Kings condominiums were very nice condos close to Park City Resort. We stayed in Bldg 6 (across from the Three Kings Cabana), and it was about a block walk to the ski lift. There’s also a bus stop that can take you to the main part of the Park City resort or into Park City. Grocery store is about a 10-minute walk, which we chose to do instead of driving, because traffic leaving the resort is terrible after the lifts shut down for the day.  Communal laundry room in each building (you ask at the cabana for the key) and underground parking.   We booked a studio silver condo, which was a nice basic condo. Our condo had wifi, but I think that’s condo specific.  Great stay — we definitely plan to return next year!
