  2. Golfing – Golfing in Park City is great throughout the summer season, but especially breathtaking in the fall. You’ll spend much of your time just enjoying the scenery as you make your way around the 18-hole Park City Golf Club.  Just down the road is the newly opened Canyons Golf Course, winds through 97 acres in the heart of the Canyons Resort, featuring over 550 feet of elevation change with spectacular views of Park City and the surrounding valleys. And just 25 minutes from Park City are 3 more golf courses, Soldier Hollow, Crater Springs and the ever popular Wasatch Mountain State Park Golf Course.

    2. Deer Valley Resort closes for the summer season September 3rd, weekends through Sept 16th , but you can still enjoy their miles of hiking and biking trails, just no ride up the chairlift.

  6. thrillerThe Park City Farmer’s Market is held every Wednesday from noon to 6:00 PM at its new location at Park City Resort, chocked full of fruits, vegetables, and with the holiday season coming, unique Christmas gifts, great food, and music. The Market runs through October 25th, so makes plans to visit and stock up.
  7. Thiller  An annual tradition, and always a sellout!  Thriller at the Egyptian Theater!  A ghoulish dance of monsters and maniacs, creeps and clowns. It is mystifying, mesmerizing, and morbid.   I’ve got my tickets already, how about you?

Experience Park City Autumn Aloft – The highlight of the fall season is Park City Autumn Aloft Hot Air Balloon Festival taking flight Sept 15th and 16th in Park City.   This family-friendly festival features an early morning launch on Saturday and Sunday morning with dozens of colorful balloons launching at once, creating a rainbow of colors in the sky set against the beautiful fall colors of Park City.
  9. Howl O Ween on Main StreetHowl ‘O Ween on Main St – The highlight of the fall season is Howl-O-Ween on Main Street.  Bring the kids, “big” trick-or-treat bags and the dogs in costume and enjoy the fun and festivities on Main Street.
  10. Fishing in Utah – Two very popular fly fishing waters are located close to Park City. The Provo River through Heber Valley and down Provo Canyon is rated as one of the best trout waters in the US, and it can be fished year-round.
