The Gold-rated Silver Star Condominiums provide a convenient ski-in, ski-out location to the Silver Star chairlift at the Park City Mountain Resort.  Silver Star is located just one-half mile (.804 kilometers) from Main Street.  The Silver Star chairlift is located on Plaza Level 4 and is not recommended for beginners as the runs (First Temptation and Spiro) served by this lift are an intermediate level. Silver Star offers an off-site front desk, wireless access, elevator, underground parking, bell service, outdoor heated swimming pool, fitness facility and housekeeping service every other day. Park City’s free city-wide bus service is easily accessible from the Silver Star Condominiums. This comfortable property is great for families and offers a home away from home in a magnificent mountain setting.

Check-in: 4:00pm, if a guest arrives earlier or has a later flight, ski and luggage storage is available at the Three Kings front desk.
**OFF SEASON CHECK IN: The Three Kings front desk and pool/hot tub area is closed from April 17 through May 26 and from Sept. 5 through
Dec. 5 (dates may vary). Guests will need to check in via the Three Kings lockbox during these dates.
Please contact our Reservations office at 800-245-6417 at least 48 hours prior to arrival
to obtain the lockbox code at Three Kings Condominiums. The Reservations office is
available Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm.

May 27 – Sept. 4: The Three Kings front desk and pool area is opened daily from 11am-8pm (times may vary).

Once you’ve arrived in Park City:
Proceed to the Three Kings condos located at 1500 Three Kings Drive in Park City Utah 84060.
In the middle of the complex, near the pool area, you will see the check in office at Three Kings.
The office is closed April 17-May 26 and Sept.5-Dec.5. You will check in via the lockbox attached to the exterior
wall of the building to the left of the entry door. Inside the wooden cabinet, you’ll find the metal
lockbox. Enter the lockbox code, turn the knob and collect your check in packet with keys and the
condo number that has been reserved for your stay.

Housekeeping (Nightly rentals): Gold rated condos receive a housekeeping service every other day.  Silver and Bronze rated condos reserving six nights or longer will receive one mid week clean at no additional cost.

Monthly reservations do not include housekeeping service.  Please contact the Reservations Department for fee schedule.

Great location, beautiful views!

We have stayed at Park Avenue Condominiums in both summer and winter. We have also stayed in various other properties in Park City. This is by far our favorite place to stay for many reasons. The first is the location. It is on a golf course with a lot of open space which is great for walking around. My kids like to hunt for golf balls. It is also next to the grocery store and great frozen yogurt spot. We walk to downtown most nights which is 3-5 minutes away and the ski resort is about the same. It’s also on the bus route if interested. We mostly walk around which is very easy. The second reason is the condo layout.  These are large units. They are large enough to separate parties out if desired (can be good with kids) but also has one large central area for gathering/cooking. A lot of condos we have stayed in are very dark and closed but these have a lot of natural light and are very open feeling. Our unit had a hot tub too which was nice. There are pool/tennis facilities which we use a lot….especially in the summer. We are so happy we found this place. Highly recommended!!!

Three Kings Condos offer Convenient lodging, walk to skiing & grocery

Three Kings condominiums were very nice condos close to Park City Resort. We stayed in Bldg 6 (across from the Three Kings Cabana), and it was about a block walk to the ski lift. There’s also a bus stop that can take you to the main part of the Park City resort or into Park City. Grocery store is about a 10-minute walk, which we chose to do instead of driving, because traffic leaving the resort is terrible after the lifts shut down for the day.  Communal laundry room in each building (you ask at the cabana for the key) and underground parking.   We booked a studio silver condo, which was a nice basic condo. Our condo had wifi, but I think that’s condo specific.  Great stay — we definitely plan to return next year!
