Resort Plaza Unit 5002/03 is centrally located slope-side in the Park City Mountain Village just 70 steps across the flat heated plaza to the Park City Mountain Resort (PCMR) ticket window at Pay Day and Crescent ski lifts.
Park City Mountain Village is the resort hub for skiing, dining, shopping, and services. The condo is in the Marsac Mill Manor building that also houses Breeze ski rentals, tuning, and The Corner Store restaurant which offer breakfast, lunch, and popular Apres Ski with live music.
Resort Plaza Unit 5002/03 is a 14-minute (0.6 mile) walk to the Town Lift in the center of downtown Park City. Heated underground parking is included with Unit 5002/03, but a car is definitely not necessary. The main PCMR transportation center is just steps away from the condo where the free Park City bus system provides transportation to downtown Park City as well as Canyons, Deer Valley, Kimball Junction and points between.
Unit 5002/03 has an outstanding layout and is fully turnkey. The condo is single level and has 2 master style bedrooms with 2 full baths. A beautiful gas fireplace is a centerpiece to the main living area. The unit is finished in mountain décor with custom Alder wood cabinetry. The full kitchen has granite counter tops and all new appliances installed in 2020.
The Resort Plaza is comprised of 3 buildings and offers complimentary wi-fi access, elevator, underground parking, pool and fitness facility off site at the Lodge at Mountain Village. The Resort Plaza #5002/03: 2 Bedrooms-2 Bathrooms Gold rated condominium rental offers 1150 square feet, a dining room/living room with gas fireplace and full kitchen. Beautifully furnished, spacious and elegantly comfortable, this vacation rental offers 1 king bed in each bedroom. One of the 2 master bedrooms also has a fold out double sleeper sofa, and a queen sofa sleeper is located in the living room. Resort Plaza 5002/03 is located just steps from resort area restaurants and shops.
~Resort Plaza guests will check in via our "Direct to Condo" check in process. A pre-registration form is required in advance from the guest in order to disclose the electronic door code/entry code to the rental. Parking is located underneath the Lowell building (parking permit required which will be placed in your rental prior to your arrival date).
~Your rental does not include housekeeping services during your stay, however, housekeeping services are available for purchase. Please contact our Reservations office at least two weeks prior to your arrival to purchase this service.
~We are unable to accommodate oversized vehicle parking at the Resort Plaza. The height limitation for vehicles to enter the underground parking garage is 6 feet 10 inches. Identity Properties does not offer an alternative parking location for oversized vehicles.

The Park City free local bus system is operational year-round.
