The Park Avenue two bedrooms plus loft-two and a half baths condo is adjacent to the cross country ski trail and within close proximity to the Park City Mountain Resort. This unit is conveniently located on Park City's free transportation route and within walking distance to many restaurants, shops and grocery stores. 1610 square feet. The rental is located directly across from the Park Avenue Clubhouse (pool and hot tub area). The Park Avenue (silver) unit features a fully equipped kitchen, dining room/living room and half bath downstairs with two private bedrooms; an open loft bedroom (usually not private from the second bedroom) and two full bathrooms upstairs. The loft bedroom guests and the second bedroom guests share a full bathroom. The bedding in Park Avenue 311 offers 1 queen bed in the first and second bedrooms and a set of bunkbeds in the loft bedroom. There's a sleeper sofa in the living room. The private spa is located in the atrium/courtyard area of the condo. Park Avenue 311 is close to the pool area, bus stop and local market. This unit has wi-fi access. Other amenities include carport parking, changing facilities with showers, common area hot tub, laundry room, outdoor heated pool and sauna. This condo does not have cable TV but streaming services only. This comfortable property is great for families and offers a home away from home in a magnificent mountain setting. This convenient location and accessibility to the area attractions will make your vacation memorable and thinking of your next return visit. *Private hot tubs are de-activated in the summer. Summer rental private hot tub activation fee is $35 per day plus tax. Advanced notice of 72 hours or more prior to your arrival date for summer hot tub activation is required.
~Park Avenue guests will check in via our "Direct to Condo" check in process. A pre-registration form is required in advance from the guest in order to disclose the electronic door code/entry code to the rental.
~Your rental does not include housekeeping services during your stay, however, housekeeping services are available for purchase. Please contact our Reservations office at least two weeks prior to your arrival to purchase this service.
~Winter courtesy shuttle has been discontinued.

Great place, close to everything, ideal for kids/ large family. The hot tub and the ski shuttle were a bonus. Thank you so much for accommodating us. The apartment was just what we were looking for.

No car needed park avenue 311

Excellent location for skiing with no car. Quick a short walk to the town bus. Limited hours with pool/hot tub due to staffing shortages. Appliances are old and noisy but they work. Loved the washer-dryer access in the unit

Great location and really neat layout. The bus is right out the back door to take you downtown, park city lifts, and canyons Valley. A grocery store is literally right across the street for all of your needs. The condo had everything we needed but was very outdated. The TV in the living room is in desperate need of replacing. The loft area in the condo is ideal for children. The open kitchen and seating for eating was perfect! The hot tub was definitely a plus and very much enjoyed. The property management company, especially Sandra, was a great asset in making our trip awesome! Thank you so much!
