The Park Avenue two bedrooms-two and a half baths condo is adjacent to the cross country ski trail and within close proximity to the Park City Mountain Resort. This unit is conveniently located on Park City's free transportation route and within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and grocery stores.
This two bedroom rental offers 1400 square feet of space and wi-fi. The Park Avenue # 212 (silver) unit is an upstairs entry that features a fully equipped kitchen, dining room/living room, and half bath downstairs with one private bedroom and full bathroom on the main floor and an additional private bedroom with a full bath upstairs. The bedding in Park Avenue 212 sleeps a maximum of 7 guests and offers 1 king bed in the first bedroom and 1 King bed plus a twin bed plus a twin daybed in the second bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Other amenities include wireless/internet access in the condo, carport parking which will house one vehicle under the carport with auxiliary parking available nearby for one additional vehicle. A parking pass is required to park in the auxiliary parking space; please contact our Guest Services office at least 2 weeks prior to arrival to arrange for the auxiliary parking. The clubhouse offers changing facilities with showers, hot tubs, laundry room, outdoor heated pool and sauna. This comfortable property is great for families and offers a home away from home in a magnificent mountain setting. This convenient location and accessibility to the area attractions will make your vacation memorable and thinking of your next return visit.
~Park Avenue guests will check in via our "Direct to Condo" check in process. A pre-registration form is required in advance from the guest in order to disclose the electronic door code/entry code to the rental.
~Your rental does not include housekeeping services during your stay, however, housekeeping services are available for purchase. Please contact our Reservations office at least two weeks prior to your arrival to purchase this service.
~Summer/Fall monthly rentals - one dog 25lbs. or less accepted with pet deposit.
~The Park City free local bus system is operational year-round and easily accessible from the Park Avenue Condominiums.

Short stay in Park City Park Avenue 212

This was our second stay at the Park Avenue Condos. We love the location and the condo floor plan. The only problem was that the stay was too short!

Close to the Park City slopes

Great place to stay and so close to the slopes- less than 5 minute drive! Kitchen was fully stocked with all new appliances! One of the chairs in the picture was missing so could have used more seating in the den.
