The Three Kings two bedrooms plus loft-two and a half bath condo with private hot tub is a short walk to the Park City Mountain Resort (at the Three Kings lift) and adjacent to the cross country ski trail. This unit is conveniently located on Park City's free transportation route and within walking distance to many restaurants, shops and grocery stores. The Three Kings # 93 (gold) condo features a dining room/living room and kitchen area with half bath, private bedroom with full bath downstairs, upstairs is a private full bedroom and a smaller loft bedroom. The upstairs bedroom and the loft bedroom share a bathroom.
The bedding in Three Kings # 93 offers 1 king bed in the downstairs master bedroom; 2 twins in the private bedroom upstairs and your choice of 2 twin beds or 1 king bed in the open loft bedroom. Three Kings # 93 offers wireless accessibility and a new in-unit washer/dryer. New flat screen TV's in all bedrooms and in the living room. New leather sofas and a queen sized sleeper sofa are located in the living room. (1417 square feet). Three Kings amenities include changing facilities with showers, common area outdoor hot tub/sauna and laundry room, outdoor heated pool and underground parking.
This comfortable condo is great for families or couples and offers a home away from home in a magnificent mountain setting. This convenient location and accessibility to the area attractions will make your vacation memorable and thinking of your next return visit. The winter courtesy shuttle has been discontinued.
~Three Kings guests will check in via our "Direct to Condo" check in process. A pre-registration form is required in advance from the guest in order to disclose the electronic door code/entry code to the rental.
~ Your rental does not include housekeeping services during your stay, however, housekeeping services are available for purchase. Please contact our Reservations office at least two weeks prior to your arrival to purchase this service.
The Park City free local bus system is operational year-round.

Awesome place to stay for a family or group of friends wanting to hit the slopes! Great community space to hang out and make memories with lots of bed options if you have a lot of people. The kitchen was well stocked so we were able to cook and save money on food!

Beautiful clean condo. Pluses are 4 single beds for our kids and a private hot tub. One small negative was there was only a small dining table for four. Otherwise, it’s a short walk to the slopes and the decor is top-notch.

Look no further! 10-minute walk to the slopes. Perfect family location. King bed private room with full bath and TV downstairs. There’s also a half bath downstairs, and another full upstairs. The kitchen is a large, wide-open space with a cozy living room equipped with smart TV, fireplace. The patio is attached with a private gas bbq and hot tub. The loft upstairs is wonderful with two twin beds and a TV, there’s also a very small pocket room attached to the loft with two more single beds. Free covered parking is also included a short walk away. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We had a blast, and also found the lodging accommodations to be very relaxing.

This condo is spectacular! It is within walking distance to the Park City Village and Silver Star lifts (even in ski boots). The kitchen was very well appointed. We cooked nearly every meal at home and the kitchen had every tool we needed and plenty of plates, cutlery, etc. The hot tub was an amazing amenity and was perfect for relaxing after a long day on the hill. Jackie was incredibly responsive and was able to answer all of our questions quickly. The condo is spacious and beautiful and I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area! Thank you so much for facilitating an amazing vacation in Park City. Jackie and everyone we spoke with at Identity Properties were so kind and helpful. I appreciate how accommodating you were with early check-in and late check-out. It truly made our whole travel experience much more enjoyable. Thank you again for everything and if we ever return to Park City we will certainly reach out!

The space was so clean, a quick walk to the slopes, and the private hot tub was an amazing touch. They left sleds out for us to use. A quick hop across the street and there is a park with cross country ski trails. This is so centrally located to EVERYTHING. Will definitely recommend this place to all my friends.

The location was super convenient for skiing at Park City and a short drive to the grocery store, restaurants and Downtown Park City. The unit was clean and comfortable for 4 adults with an awesome big hot tub.

Loved our stay in Three Kings 93

We really loved our stay. The place was quiet, clean, convenient and nicely decorated. Perfect for our family. It was just the three of us and we had plenty of space. We even had designated underground parking so no scraping snow off the windshield in the morning. Nice!! The garbage bin was inside the underground parking so taking out the garbage was no problem. The kitchen was a highlight as it had all modern appliances so no problems cooking up a full meal or making a cup of coffee. Living room was very spacious and comfortable. There were TVs in each room and WiFi worked great throughout. As for location, it was within walking distance to the ski resort, if you wanted to walk...or a very short drive. Jackie was a great host as she responded promptly to our questions about the place and local area. I would definitely recommend staying here.
