The bedding in Park Avenue 212 sleeps a maximum of 7 guests and offers 1 king bed in the first bedroom and 1 King bed plus a twin bed plus a twin daybed in the second bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Other amenities include wireless/internet access in the condo, carport parking which will house one vehicle under the carport with auxiliary parking available nearby for one additional vehicle. A parking pass is required to park in the auxiliary parking space; please contact our Guest Services office at least 2 weeks prior to arrival to arrange for the auxiliary parking. The clubhouse offers changing facilities with showers, hot tubs, laundry room, outdoor heated pool and sauna. ~Summer/Fall monthly rentals - one dog 25lbs. or less accepted with pet deposit.
