Park Avenue condominiums offer a great location year round for your family vacation or group in Park City, Utah.  The Park Avenue Condominiums adjoin to the cross country ski trail (which is the golf course during the summer months) and offer One to Four Bedroom condominiums. Identity Properties, Park City Resort Lodging, offers over 50 condominium rentals at the Park Avenue condominium complex.  The complex is conveniently located just one-half mile (.804 kilometers) from the Park City Mountain Resort.  The Park Avenue condominiums are conveniently located on Park City’s free city-wide transportation route and within walking distance to many restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Amenities include an on-site check in desk, attached carport parking, outdoor heated pool, common area hot tubs and sauna. All Park Avenue vacation rentals include complimentary Wi-Fi and many condominiums offer a private hot tub *.

 *Private hot tubs are de-activated in the summer. Summer rental activation fee is $35 per day plus tax. Please contact us 72 hours or more prior to your arrival date for summer hot tub activation at 800-245-6417.

Pets are not accepted at this location.  Park Avenue condominiums are non-smoking rentals.


Park Avenue Condominiums Check In desk Hours: (dates/times may vary):
Memorial Day (May) through Labor Day (early September): Opened daily from 10am-9pm.  Closed after Labor Day through early November.  Opened daily from late November through early April from 2pm-9pm.  Guests arriving after hours or off-season will check in via the Park Avenue lock box located in the exterior entryway at the Park Avenue clubhouse.  Call Reservations at 800-245-6417 x 2 for the lock box code.

Once you’ve arrived in Park City:
Proceed to the Park Avenue condos located at 1705 Captain Molly Drive in Park City Utah 84060.
Turn right into the Park Avenue complex, then turn left at the fork in the road.
Near the pool area, you will see the check in office at Park Avenue.


Housekeeping (Nightly rentals):  Your rental does not include housekeeping services during your stay.  Our housekeeping staff will provide additional towels, soaps, shampoo in the bathroom vanities.  Housekeeping services are available for purchase.  Please contact our Reservations office at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival date at 800-245-6417 x 2 for pricing and to reserve a housekeeping service.   

 --The Identity Properties Winter Season on-call, in-town courtesy shuttle service will no longer be operational after March 1, 2021.  We apologize for any inconvenience.  The Park City city-wide free bus system is fully operational through the winter season and is easily accessible from our vacation rental locations.  The bus routes and other information can be found at
