Greyhawk 24 - Gold rated 2 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths vacation rental overlooks the Deer Valley Resort as well as the surrounding mountains.
You can't beat the location! Just 1 mile from Deer Valley Resort base area and less than a half-mile from Main Street Park City. Park City's city-wide free bus system stops right in front of the complex.
Greyhawk 24, located at 675 Deer Valley Drive, offers two bedrooms-two and a half bathrooms and is a town house style rental. This vacation rental is conveniently located on Park City's free transportation route and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. This gold rated rental features a fully equipped open kitchen, well stocked with kitchen utensils, dishware and cookware. After a day on the mountain or shopping on Main Street, enjoy a warm and cozy evening in the living room which offers a flat panel television and gas fireplace. The bedding in Greyhawk 24 offers 1 Queen bed in the upstairs master bedroom and a Queen sized bed, set of bunkbeds and a queen sized sofa bed in the downstairs bedroom. Each bedroom offers its' own private bathroom, a half-bathroom is located near the kitchen. The unit offers complimentary Wi-Fi access and in-unit washer and dryer. Other amenities include an underground garage parking, turn-table/stereo, a variety of books/reading materials. The flat screen televisions in this rental are Fire Stick/Apple tv compatible. Greyhawk 24 guests will check in at the Park Avenue front desk located at 1705 Captain Molly Drive in Park City Utah. Winter office hours are daily from 2pm to 9pm.

Convenient and Quiet Townhouse

The unit was extremely clean and maintained having everything required for any season (especially winter or summer) stay. The vinyl record player and varied albums made for some singing and enjoyable way to start and end each day. This 2 Bedroom (sleeps up to 8), is a short walk into the middle of Park City's Main Street (11 minutes and 35 seconds +/-) - for Après, shopping, dinner or late night enjoyment. Each day, we took the (free) bus to ski at either Deer Valley (~5 minutes ride), Park City or a little further Canyons. The bus stop was right out the door and down a few steps. We liked looking at the wall mounted oil tanker photos taken by the owner of various places the owner traveled - so 24 Grayhawk feels like a home and not a 100% rental like other places we have stayed. We expect to stay here again.

We loved our stay at Greyhawk Condominiums. If you’re looking for convenience, number 24 at Grayhawk Condominiums is one to consider. Location, location, location!!! It is steps away from a bus that took us directly onto Main Street, to Deer Valley, to the Bonanza ski base at Park City and the gondola at the Canyons. We also enjoyed #24 at Greyhawk Condominiums because it is just a 10 minute walk into town. Covered parking was a plus. Accommodations were comfortable and had a pleasant decor. Can’t wait to return.

Great Location for Deer Valley! Greyhawk 24

This well equipped condo is within walking distance to downtown Park City and less than 2 miles to Deer Valley Parking. While we had rented an SUV it really wasn't necessary and would Uber up tp Park City from SLC next trip. Had an issue getting into the condo upon arrival ( keys didn't work). Would recommend they swap for a combination code entry.

Great location to Main Street

Amazing 2 bedroom condo that is walking distance to Main Street Park City. We enjoyed our nightly walks to apres ski at No Name or High West and ending our night playing games in the living room. The condo is right off the bus route to Park City Resort and Deer Valley.
