Whether you’re renting for skiing, snowboarding, golf or hiking, the Park City condominiums are the ideal home-away-from-home.  Crescent Ridge Park City condominiums offer private garage parking and some units offer a private hot tub.*  Most condominiums are accessed via an outdoor stairway.  What guests like best about Crescent Ridge condominiums is the unique mix of ski access and trail access in a private, secluded mountain setting.  This location does not offer a swimming pool or community hot tub access.

Crescent Ridge does not offer a community swimming pool or community hot tub access. Some rentals offer a private hot tub.*

 *Private hot tubs are de-activated in the summer. Summer rental activation fee is $35 per day plus tax. Please contact us 72 hours or more prior to your arrival date for summer hot tub activation at 800-245-6417.

Pets are not accepted at this location.  Crescent Ridge condominiums are non-smoking rentals.

 

Identity Properties Main Office/Check In desk Hours: (dates/times may vary):
Opened Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm.  Guests arriving after 5pm on weekdays or on the weekends will check in via the Main Office lock box located on the exterior wall to the right of the glass entry door.  Call Reservations at 800-245-6417 x 2 for the lock box code.

 

 Housekeeping (Nightly rentals):  Your rental does not include housekeeping services during your stay.  Our housekeeping staff will provide additional towels, soaps, shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom vanities.  Housekeeping services are available for purchase.  Please contact our Reservations office at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival date at 800-245-6417 x 2 for pricing and to reserve a housekeeping service.   

 

 --The Identity Properties Winter Season on-call, in-town courtesy shuttle service will be operating at a limited capacity for Crescent Ridge 108 and Crescent Ridge 143 guests from mid-December through March 2022.  Hours of operation (subject to change) are daily from 8:30am-10am and 3:30pm-7pm, excluding Sundance Film Festival dates in January.  The courtesy shuttle will drop-off/pick-up at the bottom of Main Street near the roundabout, the local grocery store (Fresh Market), the Resort Plaza front desk at the base of the Park City Resort and Snowpark Lodge at Deer Valley Resort.  The courtesy shuttle will not drop-off/pick-up at or near the Canyons Resort.  The Park City city-wide free bus system is fully operational through the winter season and is easily accessible from our vacation rental locations.  The bus routes and other information can be found at https://www.parkcity.org/departments/transit-bus/routes-schedules
