The 1212 Empire Avenue “Bosco Haus” is a short walk to the Park City Resort and a 10–15-minute walk to the base of Main Street. The Park City bus system offers bus stations close by at the Park City Library and the base of the Park City Resort. It provides transportation to downtown Park City and Canyons, Deer Valley, Kimball Junction, and points in-between. The Park City Library is within walking distance from the home – great for winter sledding and summer activities or enjoy the Park City Film Series from September to May in the library’s auditorium. Access public hiking and biking trails via Empire Avenue. Nearby City Park offers tennis courts, a playground, volleyball courts, picnic pavilions, a skate park, baseball diamond, and a paved walking/biking path (Poison Creek Path) which offers easy access to Main Street as well as additional trails.
Guests will check-in via our "direct to condo" check-in process. This beautifully furnished and elegant vacation home offers 4 Bedrooms, 3.5 Bathrooms and measures 2400 square feet. This family-friendly vacation rental features a well-stocked kitchen with cookware, bakeware, glassware, utensils, and dinnerware, a dining room area that will seat 8 guests, heated floors, a spacious living room with a gas fireplace, a new outdoor hot tub and plenty of room for couples or families to spend time together after a day on the mountain and plenty of closet space for storage. The kitchen is stocked with basic spices, tea, cocoa, flour, and sugar. The home offers plenty of beds for multiple couples or large families. The vacation home offers 1 Queen bed in the master bedroom with gas fireplace and flat-screen television, 2 twin beds in the second bedroom with television, 1 Queen in the third bedroom with a flat-screen television, and 1 Queen in the fourth bedroom with a flat-screen television. Televisions on Levels 1 and 3 are Smart TVs only; all others are equipped with Comcast Cable and Smart TV access. A Pack n Play is available upon request. The living room offers a DVD player. The home also offers a full-sized laundry room with front-loading washer and dryer and is air-conditioned for summer rentals. The driveway and front walkway are heated by radiant heat, and the home uses solar power to contribute to Park City’s green initiatives. The garage can house one vehicle, or you can use the garage as a gear room and park two vehicles in the driveway. This comfortable property is great for families and offers a home away from home in a magnificent mountain setting. This convenient location and accessibility to the area attractions will make your vacation memorable and thinking of your next return visit.
~1212 Empire Avenue guests will check in via our "Direct to Condo" check in process. A pre-registration form is required in advance from the guest in order to disclose the electronic door code/entry code/key location to the rental.

We loved the house layout 1212 Empire

We loved the layout of the house and the location was perfect. “We loved the house layout. The kitchen was well equipped. The coffee pot brewed very slowly and did not fully brew. The bedrooms were great, beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were well stocked with towels. The location couldn’t have been better. We appreciated the fast responses to our questions and how quickly you responded to a maintenance request regarding the heat. We will be back!”

Great Location for Skiiers and Non-Skiiers Alike! 1212 Empire

Well appointed 4-level row house only a block or so from the entrance to Park City Mountain Resort, but also only a 10-15 minute walk to Main Street. If you are arriving after 5:00 pm, check-in is slightly cumbersome, but the house is comfortable and enjoyable. The property management team was very accommodating to a few special requests we had for our daughter with special needs, and we appreciated that flexibility. Our family does not always receive that kind of understanding!

Amazing location. Bigger than we expected. Good furniture and bedroom layouts. Plenty of bathrooms and plenty of great space. Will come back! Love the place!! We would come back and will plan on coming back this summer!
