The Windrift Condominiums are located just minutes from Park City’s three world class resorts.  The remodeled and comfortable townhouse style 3 Bedrooms – 3 Bathrooms Gold rated condominium offers a private washer/dryer in the unit, a spacious new gourmet kitchen with a wine cooler and living room with gas fireplace and complimentary Wi-Fi.  This deluxe vacation rental can comfortably accommodate up to six guests.  Windrift 13 guests will check in at the nearby Identity Properties Main Office located at 375 Saddle View way via the lockbox.  Guests of Windrift 13 have access to the on-call winter courtesy shuttle.  The on-call winter courtesy shuttle is available from mid-December through March, with the exception Sundance Film Festival dates.  Winter rentals include one midweek housekeeping service with stays of six nights or longer – additional housekeeping is available for purchase.

Located in a quiet tree-lined Park City residential area with a nearby mountain stream, Windrift condominiums are the perfect location for your winter getaway to Park City Utah.  Enjoy the scenic mountain views from your bedroom balcony.  A community swimming pool and tennis courts are available during the summer months at the Windrift condominiums.

The Windrift complex is close to the shuttle stop for the Park City complimentary city-wide bus.   The free city-wide Park City bus will transport guests to the local resorts – Park City, Canyons and Deer Valley Resort.  Additionally, the Park City bus will stop near local Park City grocery stores, the state liquor store, Main Street – which offers a variety of shopping and dining options, the Tanger Shopping Outlet near Kimball Junction and the Red Stone Shopping area.

The Identity Properties Main office is opened Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm.  Guests arriving outside of these times will check in via the lockbox located on the exterior wall of the building near the front door.

**Off season and after hours check ins**
Once you’ve arrived in Park City:
Proceed to the Identity Properties Main Office located at 375 Saddle View Way in Park City Utah 84060.
The lock box is located on the exterior wall near the entry door.
Enter the lock box code (contact our office at least 72 hours prior to arrival to obtain the lockbox code), turn the knob and collect your check in packet with room code for the Windrift Condominium.  Check-out: 10:00am Housekeeping (Winter Nightly rentals): During the winter season from November 18-April 10, your Windrift vacation rental will receive one midweek housekeeping service with stays of six nights or longer.  Housekeeping service is not included during the summer or fall months or with monthly rentals.  If you would like to purchase housekeeping services during your summer or monthly stay, please contact our reservations office at 800-245-6417 x 2.

Three Kings Condos offer Convenient lodging, walk to skiing & grocery

Three Kings condominiums were very nice condos close to Park City Resort. We stayed in Bldg 6 (across from the Three Kings Cabana), and it was about a block walk to the ski lift. There’s also a bus stop that can take you to the main part of the Park City resort or into Park City. Grocery store is about a 10-minute walk, which we chose to do instead of driving, because traffic leaving the resort is terrible after the lifts shut down for the day.  Communal laundry room in each building (you ask at the cabana for the key) and underground parking.   We booked a studio silver condo, which was a nice basic condo. Our condo had wifi, but I think that’s condo specific.  Great stay — we definitely plan to return next year!

Our condo was perfect for us.

We stayed in Jupiter Inn condominium #11 from Jan 31- February 4 and it was great. We stayed at the Jupiter Inn 2 years ago and chose it again because we remembered how nice it was.  The shuttle service was exceptional. Brad was outstanding! The jacuzzis were very clean and felt great after a day of skiing. Our condo was perfect for us. We loved the bedding and the full kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances! We will stay at the Jupiter Inn again next year when we return to Park City!
