The Three Kings Condominiums offer Studio+Loft, 1 Bedroom+Loft, 2 Bedroom, 2 Bedroom+Loft, Three Bedroom and Four Bedroom condominiums. Adjoining to the Park City Golf Course, the Three Kings Condominium complex is comprised of 9 buildings and offers underground parking, outdoor heated swimming pool, community hot tub and indoor saunas, on-site housekeeping and maintenance.  Most condominiums at Three Kings are within walking distance to the Three Kings lift or Silver Star lift at the Park City Mountain Resort and many offer complimentary Wi-Fi access.  The Three Kings area is beautifully landscaped and offers panoramic views of the mountains. **Off season and after hours check-ins**

Once you’ve arrived in Park City:
Proceed to the Identity Properties Main Office located at 375 Saddle View Way in Park City Utah 84060.  The Main office is opened Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm.  Guests arriving after hours during the week or on the weekends will check in via the lock box which is attached to the exterior wall of the Main office to the right of the glass entry door.  A lockbox code will be provided at time of booking.

Check-in time: 4:00pm…..Check-out time: 10:00am

Housekeeping (Nightly rentals): All Three Kings condominiums will receive one midweek housekeeping service for stays of 6 nights or longer. If you are staying less than 6 nights and would like to purchase housekeeping services, please contact our Reservations office at 800-245-6417 for a fee schedule.

Three Kings Condos offer Convenient lodging, walk to skiing & grocery

Three Kings condominiums were very nice condos close to Park City Resort. We stayed in Bldg 6 (across from the Three Kings Cabana), and it was about a block walk to the ski lift. There’s also a bus stop that can take you to the main part of the Park City resort or into Park City. Grocery store is about a 10-minute walk, which we chose to do instead of driving, because traffic leaving the resort is terrible after the lifts shut down for the day.  Communal laundry room in each building (you ask at the cabana for the key) and underground parking.   We booked a studio silver condo, which was a nice basic condo. Our condo had wifi, but I think that’s condo specific.  Great stay — we definitely plan to return next year!

Resort Plaza Condominiums #5051 Park City Utah

Resort Plaza Condominiums offered everything we needed for our Park City ski vacation.  I had never been to Park City so had no real frame of reference as to where to stay. I was traveling with my 2 young adult kids and we had come to ski. I ended up booking into the Resort Plaza.  We were so happy with everything about the condo. It is in the center of the little village with shops and a few restaurants. It was a stone’s throw from the lift. The unit of the Resort Plaza was 5051 and had everything you could possibly want. So clean and well equipped.  My daughter and I shared the big king and my son slept on the queen pullout. I just can’t compliment them enough. We had a one bedroom with a nice size living area. A well equipped kitchen with all appliances. Just excellent.
