The Payday Condominiums are conveniently located across the street from the Silver Star chairlift at the Park City Mountain Resort.  This complex offers spacious Three, Three Bedroom+Loft and Four Bedroom condominiums.  Some units offer a private hot tub* and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Payday is located one-half mile (.804 kilometers) from the base area of the Park City Mountain Resort, which is accessible via the Park City free city shuttle system and within walking distance to the Silver Star lift.  For your convenience, Identity Properties provides a complimentary on-call van service to the nearby grocery store from December through March.  Click here to view our aerial photos.

Identity Properties Main Office/Check In desk Hours: (dates/times may vary):
Opened Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm.  Guests arriving after 5pm on weekdays or on the weekends will check in via the Main Office lock box located on the exterior wall to the right of the glass entry door.  Call Reservations at 800-245-6417 x 2 for the lock box code.

*NOTE: As of June 1, 2018 Payday guests will no longer have access to the Three Kings pool and community hot tub area.

Check-in: 4:00pm, if a guest arrives earlier or has a later flight, ski and luggage storage is available at the Identity Properties Main Office.

Please contact our Reservations office at 800-245-6417 at least 72 hours prior to arrival to obtain the lock box code for the Identity Properties Main Office/Check in desk. The Reservations office is available Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm during the summer season.

Once you’ve arrived in Park City:
Proceed to the Identity Properties Main Office front desk located at 375 Saddle View Way in Park City Utah to check in.  Then proceed to the Payday Condominiums located a short drive from the check-in office.  A parking permit will be provided at check in.

Housekeeping (Nightly rentals): All Payday condominiums will receive one midweek housekeeping service for stays of 6 nights or longer.  If you are staying less than 6 nights and would like to purchase housekeeping services, please contact our Reservations office at 800-245-6417 for a fee schedule.

Monthly reservations do not include housekeeping service.  Please contact the Reservations Department for fee schedule.

Great stay in Park Avenue 227!

Fantastic location (2 blocks to slopes, across the street form grocery store, etc.), well equipped kitchen (even had a crock pot!), great private hot tub, washer and dryer, ski storage and wifi. Loved the fireplace and all amenities. Everything we needed for our family of 6 adults (and 2 year old twins) to enjoy! Loved it all – great family vacation!

Great location, beautiful views!

We have stayed at Park Avenue Condominiums in both summer and winter. We have also stayed in various other properties in Park City. This is by far our favorite place to stay for many reasons. The first is the location. It is on a golf course with a lot of open space which is great for walking around. My kids like to hunt for golf balls. It is also next to the grocery store and great frozen yogurt spot. We walk to downtown most nights which is 3-5 minutes away and the ski resort is about the same. It’s also on the bus route if interested. We mostly walk around which is very easy. The second reason is the condo layout.  These are large units. They are large enough to separate parties out if desired (can be good with kids) but also has one large central area for gathering/cooking. A lot of condos we have stayed in are very dark and closed but these have a lot of natural light and are very open feeling. Our unit had a hot tub too which was nice. There are pool/tennis facilities which we use a lot….especially in the summer. We are so happy we found this place. Highly recommended!!!
