Identity Properties, Park City Resort Lodging, offers over 50 condominium rentals at the Park Avenue condominium complex.  The complex is conveniently located just one-half mile (.804 kilometers) from the Park City Mountain Resort.  The Park Avenue condominiums are conveniently located on Park City’s free city-wide transportation route and within walking distance to many restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Amenities include an on-site check in desk, attached carport parking, outdoor heated pool, common area hot tubs and sauna. Front Desk/Pool and Hot Tub Hours (dates/times may vary):
Early December – April 15: 8am-9pm Opened daily
April 16 – May 24: Closed
May 25 – Sept. 3: 10am-9pm Opened daily (Pool, community hot tub & clubhouse/front desk)

Check-in: 4:00pm, if a guest arrives earlier or has a later flight, ski and luggage storage is available at the Park Avenue front desk.

**OFF SEASON CHECK-IN
: The Park Avenue front desk and pool/hot tub area is closed from April  16 through May 24 and from Sept. 4 until early December.  All guests will need to check in via the Park Avenue lockbox during these dates.
Please contact our Reservations office at 800-245-6417 at least 48 hours prior to arrival to obtain the lock box code at the Park Avenue Condominiums. The Reservations office is available Monday through Friday 9am-5pm.

**Off Season and After Hours check-in**
Once you’ve arrived in Park City:
Proceed to the Park Avenue condos located at 1705 Captain Molly Drive in Park City Utah 84060.
Turn right into the Park Avenue complex, then turn left at the fork in the road.
Near the pool area, you will see the check in office at Park Avenue.
Check in instructions for off-season dates and after hours: The office is closed April 16-May 24 and Sept.4 until early December. You will check in via the lock box located next to the front office building. Inside the wooden cabinet, you’ll find the metal lock box. Enter the lock box code (call 435-649-5100 at least 48 hours prior to arrival to obtain the lockbox code), turn the knob and collect your check in packet with keys and the condo number that has been reserved for your stay.

Housekeeping (Nightly rentals): All Park Avenue condominiums will receive one midweek housekeeping service for stays of 6 nights or longer.  If you are staying less than 6 nights and would like to purchase housekeeping services, please contact our Reservations office at 800-245-6417 for a fee schedule.

Monthly reservations do not include housekeeping service.  Please contact the Reservations Department for fee schedule.

Resort Plaza Condominiums #5051 Park City Utah

Resort Plaza Condominiums offered everything we needed for our Park City ski vacation.  I had never been to Park City so had no real frame of reference as to where to stay. I was traveling with my 2 young adult kids and we had come to ski. I ended up booking into the Resort Plaza.  We were so happy with everything about the condo. It is in the center of the little village with shops and a few restaurants. It was a stone’s throw from the lift. The unit of the Resort Plaza was 5051 and had everything you could possibly want. So clean and well equipped.  My daughter and I shared the big king and my son slept on the queen pullout. I just can’t compliment them enough. We had a one bedroom with a nice size living area. A well equipped kitchen with all appliances. Just excellent.
