Thin Air Festival is an Inaugural Event to Inspire Innovation in Human Performance

Thin Air Festival

Thin Air Festival, April 6-8, 2016

Thin Air You Say?  Thin Air is a concept born from the belief that if we gather groups of inspired people in an environment known for majestic mountains peaks, clear alpine atmosphere, 2 world-class year round resorts, and a growing tech-savvy community, innovation is bound to happen. The Thin Air Festival will be held April 6, 7, 8, 2016 in Park City, Utah.  It was inspired to create the conditions that will allow you and your team to work through and solve your biggest business challenges, launch the next big idea, or bring the next innovation to the marketplace.  Four interactive panels will be held in Park City’s Olympic resort venues on the morning of April 7, moderated by Tiger Shaw, president & CEO of the U.S. Ski & Snowboard AssociationDesi Matel-Anderson, CEO of the Global Disaster Innovation Group, LLCHoby Darling, president & CEO of Skullcandy, Inc.; and Erik Snyder, CEO of Armada Skis. Panelists will feature thought leaders in human performance and technology including Daniel S. Chao, M.D., M.S., CEO of Halo Neuroscience; Andy Stumpf, retired Navy SEAL;and Shanna Tellerman, Co-founder & CEO of Modsy. Additional panelists will be announced prior to the event.

Why host another Festival in Park City?  “We looked at a lot of different options — we looked at international efforts, simply just investing more in television campaigns, everything,” he added. “But what we came up with was an idea to create an event that connects to the burgeoning technology infrastructure that’s in the state and that’s happening in Park City”, said Bill Malone, President & CEO Park City Convention & Visitors Bureau
The limited structure of Thin Air programming will be complemented by the seemingly unlimited opportunities to experience Utah’s Greatest Snow On Earth® at both Deer Valley Resort and Park City Mountain Resort, now the largest ski and snowboard resort in North America. We present an opening night keynote event, a diverse group of engaging panelists and speakers, and plenty of opportunities to connect and network both on the mountains and in the Thin Air Lounge.
Thin Air will close out on Friday night April 8 with a FREE public concert on Park City’s historic Main Street, headlined by Thievery Corporation.
A Thin Air ‘All-In’ Pass is $300 for all 3 days of the festival (Tickets are limited) GET TICKETS NOW
