CooperWynn Property Management Park City Utah Rental Agreement

Thank you for choosing CooperWynn Property Management for your Park City lodging needs. Please contact our Reservations office at 1-800-245-6417 extension 2,  if you have any questions or concerns. An initial deposit of 50% of the value of the reservation is due at the time of booking. Your final payment is due 60 days prior to your arrival date.  All guests will check in via our "Direct to Condo" check in process.  Since we do not offer a front desk at our locations, a completed e-sign/pre-registration document is required before you arrive to ensure transparency regarding our rental policies.  The form is sent to you shortly after you book your reservation and is sent by CooperWynn Property Management's "[email protected]" address. 

Winter Cancellation Policies: Holiday, Sundance and Presidents Day weeks – Cancellations, including a reduction in stay, made 61 days or more prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to $300 plus the reservations fee amount. Cancellations and reduction in stays, made 60-46 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to two nights lodging rate (the initial deposit) plus the reservations fee amount. Cancellations and reduction in stays, made 0-45 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.

All other winter periods - Cancellations and reductions in stays, made 46 days or more prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to $300 plus the reservations fee amount. Cancellations and reductions in stays, made 45-31 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to two nights lodging rate (the initial deposit) plus the reservations fee amount. Cancellations and reductions in stays, made 30 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.

Summer Cancellation Policies: Nightly and weekly rentals - Reservations canceled 15 or more days prior to arrival are subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee.  Reservations canceled 0-14 days prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation fee equal to two nights lodging rate.  

Monthly rentals cancellation policy -  Cancellations made 31 or more days prior to arrival will forfeit the initial $500 deposit as the cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival, will forfeit the first months’ rent amount. Cancellations made 0-30 days prior to each subsequent/additional month booked will forfeit the additional months' rent amount. We encourage our guests to purchase travel/trip interruption insurance.

Winter season and non-monthly rentals: Pets are not accepted in condominiums.

Summer monthly rentals: Pets are accepted in select rentals with prior approval, signed lease and non-refundable pet security deposit received.

All rentals are non-smoking.
