CooperWynn Property Management COVID19 Updates - Keeping you Safe in Park City

When you're ready to travel again, CooperWynn Property Management is ready to welcome you to Park City with enhanced operations and cleaning protocols to give you peace of mind while enjoying your Park City vacation. Winter activities are opened and operational. Restaurants and bars are opened and following the guidelines set by the May 1, 2020 Summit County Health order.

CooperWynn Property Management COVID19 Preparedness Protocols to keep our guests and employees safe:

  1. Contact-free check in and check out is available in all rentals. Our rentals offer a punch pad entry with unique check in code for each guest.
  2. Please practice hand hygiene by using CDC approved hand sanitizer or washing your hands for at least 20 seconds.
  3. CooperWynn Property Management staff are aware to not report to work if they are not feeling well.
  4. Cleaning protocols:
    ---Surfaces are thoroughly disinfected: kitchen and bathroom counter tops, faucets, light switches, TV remote controls, doorknobs, drawer pulls, cabinet pulls.

The Park City city-wide free bus system is fully operational through the winter season and is easily accessible from our vacation rental locations.
