To get started, contact our owner and CEO, Rob Slettom at 435-649-5100 x 109 ([email protected]).  You can also contact our owner relations representative, Kelley Burress at 435-649-5100 x 113 ([email protected]).  Rob and Kelley can walk you through our non-rental (management only) program, answer your questions and send you a Property Management package with the appropriate contract.  Once we have received your signed contract, your property will be loaded into our Ownerlink and accounting systems.  Our secure and convenient Owner Portal access allows you to view and reserve owner’s and owner’s guest stays.

As a Park City homeowner in our Management only program, here are a few of the services you can expect from Identity Properties:
