1. Do all condominiums offer Wi-Fi?

Almost all of our rentals include complimentary Wi-Fi access. Refer to the condo description on our website to see if your condo offers Wi-Fi. All condominiums at the Jupiter Inn, Resort Plaza and Park Avenue Condominiums locations offer complimentary Wi-Fi.

 

2. Where do I check in?

Identity Properties offers three front desks throughout Park City. Guests staying at the Park Avenue Condominiums will check in at the Park Avenue Condominiums front desk located at 1705 Captain Molly Drive. Three Kings, Payday, Crescent Ridge, Temptation and Lakeview 2001 guests will also check in at the Park Avenue front desk located at 1705 Captain Molly Drive in Park City Utah.   Guests arriving after 9pm and off season dates will check in via the Park Avenue front desk's lock box.  Jupiter Inn guests will check in at the Jupiter Inn front desk located at 2260 Park Avenue. Resort Plaza guests will check in at the Resort Plaza front desk located inside the Marsac Mill Manor at 1325 Lowell Avenue.


 

3. How do I check in if I’m arriving after hours or on a day when the front desk/check in office is not open?

A lock box is located at each of our three front desk locations. Park Avenue and Jupiter Inn front desks are opened during the summer season (Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend).  The Park Avenue desk is opened 2pm-9pm during the winter season (December through early April).  Jupiter Inn desk is opened Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm. The Resort Plaza front desk is not opened during the summer and fall seasons – Resort Plaza guests will check in via the lock box located at the Marsac Mill Manor. Guests arriving after hours can obtain the lock box code by calling the Reservations Department at least 72 hours prior to your arrival at 800-245-6417 extension 2.


 

4. Does my rental include housekeeping services?

Your rental does not include housekeeping services during your stay.   Housekeeping services are available for purchase – please contact the Reservations Department at 435 649 5100 x 2 for pricing.  Please contact us no less than 2 weeks prior to arrival to schedule your purchased housekeeping service.


 

5. Who do I contact for an after-hours emergency once I check in?

Identity Properties offers an after hours emergency answering service/call center. The after hours emergency phone is 435 649 5114.  A $150 fee will be charged to in-house guests calling for non-emergency related assistance after hours. For non emergency related needs, please contact our Front Desks during regular business hours.


 

6. Is the private hot tub associated with my unit available for me to use during my stay?

Many Identity Properties rentals list a private hot tub in the description on our website. Winter rentals (Nov.1-Apr.7) include private hot tub usage with your reservation. Spring/Summer/Fall season rentals (Apr.8-Oct.31) do not include private hot tub usage with your reservation but can be purchased by contacting our Reservations Department at 800-245-6417 x 2. Please notify the Reservations Department at least 72 hours prior to your arrival if you would like to purchase the private hot tub usage. Park Avenue, Three Kings and Resort Plaza complexes offer a community swimming pool and hot tub.  Jupiter Inn offers a NEW community hot tub for guests.


 

7. Does my condominium rental offer air conditioning?

Not necessarily, only select condominiums offer air conditioning. Refer to the condo description on our website to see if your condominium offers air conditioning. All condominiums at the Jupiter Inn offer air conditioning.  Additionally, these rentals also offer air conditioning:

8. Do I have access to the Identity Properties winter on-call courtesy shuttle?

The winter season Identity Properties on-call in-town courtesy shuttle has been discontinued as of Jan. 2, 2022 due to increasing Covid 19 concerns.  We apologize for this inconvenience but in order to keep our guests and staff safe during the pandemic, we have discontinued this service for the remainder of the winter season and do not anticipate this service will be offered again in the future.  The free city-wide Park City bus systems is fully operational and routes and schedules can be found here: https://www.parkcity.org/departments/transit-bus/routes-schedules
