The air is cool and crisp in #ParkCity,  leaves are falling and football season is in full swing, and that only means #Halloween is just around around the corner.   We’ve had plenty of early snow this fall in Park City so it’s quite possible trick or treaters will need to dress warm.  Halloween in Main Street is not to be missed.

Main Street is know for it’s shopping, but once a year, all the Main Street merchants open up their doors to ghosts, ghouls, and goblins galore as well as anything else topping the popular costume lists this year. Main St will be packed as usual (and closed to cars for the afternoon).  Come with kids, or come along, trick-or-treating will be open at all stores from 3pm to 5pm.  So head on up to Historic Main Street and join the fun.

Howl-O-Ween on Main StreetDid you know #dogsrule in #ParkCity?  Don’t miss the infamous Howl-O-Ween parade beginning at 5pm.  Just come watch as creative people strut their dogs and costumes.

Want to ensure accessing Main Street is a treat rather than a trick? We have a ideas:

  1. If you are coming with two-legged creatures take the bus! If you must drive to town park at the Park City School district and hop on public transit there.
  2. Park at Deer Valley Resort. Our friends at Deer Valley have offered parking at their lower lots to help ease congestion in town. Park at Deer Valley and walk your four legged friends to Main to help release some energy.
  3. Carpool – Meet up with your friends at home and jump in one car.
  4. Walk or bike – Have you seen all the new bike racks in Historic Park City? There are plenty of spots to lock up your bike once you arrive and it is downhill when you are leaving.

Enjoy….and have a spooktacular night in Park City!
