Park City Resort Lodging Policies

Due to COVID19, Identity Properties has revised our Summer payment and cancellation policies for the Summer 2020 season. 
You may cancel your Summer 2020 reservation at anytime without penalty and receive a full refund.

Summer 2020 Season Payment policy:

 

Nightly/Weekly rentals payment policy: An initial deposit of $50 is due at the time of booking.  Final payment, taxes and other fees are due 14 days prior to arrival.  We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover and checks drawn from a U.S. bank account.

 

Summer 2020 Monthly rentals payment policy: An initial deposit of $50 is due at the time of booking.  The balance of the first month is due at the time of arrival (check in date).  Payment for additional months is due in 30 days increments.  (Based on the companies discretion, additional deposits may be required and monthly rental terms may differ).

 

Summer 2020 Season Cancellation policy - May 19, 2020 - November 1, 2020:

Cancel anytime and receive a full refund.

Winter Season Payment policy:

Identity Properties highly recommends that you purchase travel insurance.  Please contact our Reservations Department at 800-245-6417 x 2 for further information or visit our CSA Travel Insurance page Travel Insurance.

Payment policy: An initial deposit of two nights lodging rate plus a 7.5% reservations fee plus the tax on the reservations fee amount is due at the time of booking.  Additionally, the departure cleaning fee is due with the initial deposit amount.  Final payment, taxes and other fees are due 60 days prior to arrival.  We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover and checks drawn from a U.S. bank account.

 

Winter Season Cancellation policy:

  • Holiday, Sundance and Presidents Day weeks – Cancellations made 61 days or more prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to $50 plus the reservations fee amount.  Cancellations made 60-46 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to two nights lodging rate (the initial deposit) plus the reservations fee amount.  Cancellations made 0-45 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.
  • All other winter periods – Cancellations made 46 days or more prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to $50 plus the reservations fee amount.  Cancellations made 45-31 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to two nights lodging rate (the initial deposit) plus the reservations fee amount.  Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.

We are currently evaluating our Winter 20/21 season deposit and cancellation policies due to COVID-19 and will announce soon any changes in our policies for the upcoming winter season.
