Identity Properties COVID19 Updates - Keeping you Safe in Park City

When you're ready to travel again, Identity Properties is ready to welcome you to Park City with enhanced operations and cleaning protocols to give you peace of mind while enjoying your Park City vacation. Winter activities are opened and operational. Restaurants and bars are opened and following the guidelines set by the May 1, 2020 Summit County Health order.

Identity Properties COVID19 Preparedness Protocols to keep our guests and employees safe:

1. Contact-free check in and check out is available. Many of our rentals offer a punch pad entry with unique check in code for each guest. For those rentals with a key access, guests will check in via the lockbox located at each complex.

2. If you do need to visit our Park Avenue or Jupiter Inn front desks this summer, we ask that you wear a face covering and only one guest will be permitted in the lobby/front desk at anytime. Please practice social distancing of a minimum of 6 feet between you and others. Please practice hand hygiene by using CDC approved hand sanitizer or washing your hands for at least 20 seconds before you visit our front desks. Please do not visit the front desk in person if you are not feeling well.

3. Plexiglass barriers/transparent screens are located at our front desks for guest and employee safety.

4. For reservations arriving between May 19 and November 1, 2020, all deposits are fully refundable at anytime if you need to cancel your Park City vacation.

5. Each front desk associate will disinfect all high contact surface areas between each guest visit at the front desk. Hand sanitizer will be present at each front desk for guests and employees to use.

6. Identity Properties staff are aware to not report to work if they are not feeling well.

7. Cleaning protocols:
---In room disinfectants and wipes are available for each guest.
---We create a 24 hour block at the arrival and departure end of each reservation so there is a full one day interval between all reservations.
---Surfaces are thoroughly disinfected: kitchen and bathroom counter tops, faucets, light switches, TV remote controls, doorknobs, drawer pulls, cabinet pulls. 

8. Maintenance protocols:
---One maintenance associate (wearing mask and gloves) will enter the rented unit for emergency repairs only. Guests are asked to depart the condo while the repair is in progress.

9. Select community swimming pools and hot tubs are opened as of June 1, 2020. Restrictions/rules will apply at each location, please review signage at each pool area for restrictions.
---Park Avenue Condominiums is limiting pool area usage and requires a reservation to be made in advance for pool/community hot tub usage. Please contact the Park Avenue Condominiums front desk at 435 649 5114 for pool reservations. The Park Avenue pool/community hot tub area will close for the off-season the day after Labor Day and will re-open on Thanksgiving for the winter season.
---The Jupiter Inn community hot tub will remain closed until further notice and is not currently scheduled to open for the Winter 2020/2021 Season. We apologize for any inconvenience.
--Due to Covid-19 guest and staff concerns and our focus to maintain safe social distancing, the Identity Properties on-call, in-town courtesy shuttle service will no longer be operational as of March 1, 2021.  We apologize for any inconvenience.  The Park City city-wide free bus system is fully operational through the remainder of the winter season and is easily accessible from our vacation rental locations.  The bus routes and other information can be found at
