Identity Properties has been an established local property management company in Park City for over 40 years. Rob Slettom was the original owner, establishing the business in 1980 and has been involved in the Park City community during his entire career. CooperWynn Property Management purchased Identity Properties in 2020 continuing the local connection and community involvement commitment part of the company. The following are recaps of local involvement and happenings in the Park City community.

Rob Slettom and Ehlias Louis join Mountain Money to discuss the sale of Identity Properties and their name change to CooperWynn Property Management. Since 1980, Identity Properties provides Park City property management services and customer service to property owners and vacationing guests since 1980. Identity Properties is amidst a rebranding process from Identity Properties to CooperWynn Property Management.

When Ehlias Louis and two of his CooperWynn Capital business partners were looking a few years ago to expand their real estate holdings into the nightly rental side of the industry, they discussed whether to start a company from scratch or acquire an existing one.
About that time, Louis was talking to longtime family friend Rob Slettom, owner of Identity Properties, a Park City vacation rental company, about the industry and the partnership’s plans came up.
The conversation could not have been timelier.
