Park City Savor the Summit

Savor the Summit is an annual culinary festival held in Park City, Utah. The festival began in 2007 and is typically held in June. Described as “Park City’s largest outdoor dinner party”, it’s a celebration of the local food scene and features a variety of dining options in a unique and picturesque setting. 

During the festival, a long table is set up down the middle of Main Street, and guests can enjoy a meal at one of the participating restaurants. Each restaurant offers a special menu for the evening, featuring locally sourced ingredients and creative dishes. 

Savor the Summit is more than just a food festival; it is also a community event that brings together locals and visitors alike. The festival offers a unique opportunity to enjoy the charming mountain town of Park City while sampling some of its finest cuisine.
