Three Kings Condominium Rentals | Park City Mountain Resort Lodging 

The Three Kings Condominiums offer Studio+Loft, 1 Bedroom+Loft, 2 Bedroom, 2 Bedroom+Loft, Three Bedroom and Four Bedroom condominiums. Adjoining to the Park City Golf Course, the Three Kings Condominium complex is comprised of 9 buildings and offers underground parking, outdoor heated swimming pool, community hot tub and indoor saunas, on-site housekeeping and maintenance.  Most condominiums at Three Kings are within walking distance to the Three Kings lift or Silver Star lift at the Park City Mountain Resort. The Three Kings area is beautifully landscaped and offers panoramic views of the mountains. Three Kings condominiums are conveniently located on Park City’s free transportation route and within walking distance to many restaurants, shops and grocery stores.  Spring, summer and fall nightly, weekly and monthly rentals are available at the Three Kings Condominiums.

 

 *Private hot tubs are de-activated in the summer. Summer rental activation fee is $35 per day plus tax. Please contact us 72 hours or more prior to your arrival date for summer hot tub activation at 800-245-6417.

 

Three Kings address: 1500 Three Kings Drive, Park City Utah 

Community swimming pool and hot tub are available for Three Kings guests.

Check-In location: Guests will check in via our "Direct to Condo" check-in process.  

Check-in time: 4pm - Check-out time: 10am

Pets are not accepted at this location.  Three Kings condominiums are non-smoking rentals.

Quiet Time (this is a residential area): 10pm-7am

Three Kings Condominiums Check In: 

All Three Kings guests will check in via our "Direct to Condo" check-in process.  Guests will complete a pre-registration form prior to arrival.  The front door electronic code and other check-in information will be sent to the guest prior to arrival once the pre-registration form has been received by CooperWynn Property Management. Call Reservations/Guest Services at 800-245-6417 x 2 for more information or email us at [email protected]

Housekeeping (Nightly and monthly rentals):  Your rental does not include housekeeping services during your stay.  Our housekeeping staff will provide additional towels, soaps, shampoo in the bathroom vanities.  Housekeeping services are available for purchase.  Please contact our Reservations office at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival date at 800-245-6417 x 2 for pricing and to reserve a housekeeping service.  CooperWynn Property Management provides a "starter inventory" of paper goods, towels etc.  If you are in need of additional items during your stay, please contact Guest Services to place an order and provide payment for the extra item order.

CooperWynn Property Management does not offer a courtesy shuttle. The Park City city-wide free bus system is fully operational through the winter and summer seasons and is easily accessible from our Park City vacation rental locations.  You can download the My Stop app on your phone or view bus routes and other information at https://www.parkcity.org/departments/transit-bus/routes-schedules

The Park City Resort may close certain lifts during the winter season.  CooperWynn Property Management is not responsible for lift closures and we recommend guests review the Park City Resort's website or contact the resort at 435 649 8111 for the most current lift operations information.

Tracee was an amazing property manager as was her whole team. The place was clean, well kept and well worth the money. We did have a major issue with us forgetting a bag but Tracee and team were on it and got it shipped out to us. Plus the maintenance crew was top notch and got everything (garage and I mean everything clean). THANK YOU!

Awesome place to stay for a family or group of friends wanting to hit the slopes! Great community space to hang out and make memories with lots of bed options if you have a lot of people. The kitchen was well stocked so we were able to cook and save money on food!

Beautiful clean condo. Pluses are 4 single beds for our kids and a private hot tub. One small negative was there was only a small dining table for four. Otherwise, it’s a short walk to the slopes and the decor is top-notch.

Perfect location for families Three Kings 93

Look no further! 10-minute walk to the slopes. Perfect family location. King bed private room with full bath and TV downstairs. There’s also a half bath downstairs, and another full upstairs. The kitchen is a large, wide-open space with a cozy living room equipped with smart TV, fireplace. The patio is attached with a private gas bbq and hot tub. The loft upstairs is wonderful with two twin beds and a TV, there’s also a very small pocket room attached to the loft with two more single beds. Free covered parking is also included a short walk away. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We had a blast, and also found the lodging accommodations to be very relaxing.

This condo is spectacular! It is within walking distance to the Park City Village and Silver Star lifts (even in ski boots). The kitchen was very well appointed. We cooked nearly every meal at home and the kitchen had every tool we needed and plenty of plates, cutlery, etc. The hot tub was an amazing amenity and was perfect for relaxing after a long day on the hill. Jackie was incredibly responsive and was able to answer all of our questions quickly. The condo is spacious and beautiful and I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area! Thank you so much for facilitating an amazing vacation in Park City. Jackie and everyone we spoke with at Identity Properties were so kind and helpful. I appreciate how accommodating you were with early check-in and late check-out. It truly made our whole travel experience much more enjoyable. Thank you again for everything and if we ever return to Park City we will certainly reach out!

The space was so clean, a quick walk to the slopes, and the private hot tub was an amazing touch. They left sleds out for us to use. A quick hop across the street and there is a park with cross country ski trails. This is so centrally located to EVERYTHING. Will definitely recommend this place to all my friends.

The location was super convenient for skiing at Park City and a short drive to the grocery store, restaurants and Downtown Park City. The unit was clean and comfortable for 4 adults with an awesome big hot tub.

Loved our stay at this condo/townhouse. Walking distance to Park City Mountain and close to old downtown. Very clean, beds super comfy, kitchen stocked with all you’ll need, TVs in both bedrooms, has fireplace. Beautiful views out the windows. Heated pool and hot tub were fab! Highly recommended

Loved our stay in Three Kings 93

We really loved our stay. The place was quiet, clean, convenient and nicely decorated. Perfect for our family. It was just the three of us and we had plenty of space. We even had designated underground parking so no scraping snow off the windshield in the morning. Nice!! The garbage bin was inside the underground parking so taking out the garbage was no problem. The kitchen was a highlight as it had all modern appliances so no problems cooking up a full meal or making a cup of coffee. Living room was very spacious and comfortable. There were TVs in each room and WiFi worked great throughout. As for location, it was within walking distance to the ski resort, if you wanted to walk...or a very short drive. Jackie was a great host as she responded promptly to our questions about the place and local area. I would definitely recommend staying here.
