Resort Plaza is comprised of three buildings, the Silver Millhouse East and West and the Marsac Mill Manor building. Resort Plaza condominiums offer complimentary wireless access, elevator, underground parking, bell service and off site swimming pool, hot tub and fitness facility. Condominiums at the Resort Plaza range in size from spacious One Bedroom to Three Bedroom vacation rentals. The surrounding plaza area offers a variety of shops and restaurants. Park City’s free city-wide bus service is easily accessible from the Resort Plaza Condominiums.

Resort Plaza Check In
All Resort Plaza guests will check in via our "Direct to Condo" check-in process. Guests will complete a pre-registration form prior to arrival. The front door electronic code and other check-in information will be sent to the guest prior to arrival once the pre-registration form has been received by Identity Properties. Housekeeping (Nightly rentals and monthly rentals): Your rental does not include housekeeping services during your stay. Our housekeeping staff will provide additional towels, soaps, shampoo in the bathroom vanities. Housekeeping services are available for purchase.
