Jupiter Inn condominium’s high quality, gold-rated accommodations offer richly appointed furnishings, warm comfortable spacious bedrooms and deluxe kitchens. After a day in the mountains, relax by the fireplace with a hot beverage and local newspaper or unwind in the new community outdoor hot tub. The Jupiter Inn offers Studio and One Bedroom condominiums. Located approximately 1 mile (1.6 kilometers) from the Park City Resort and accessible to Park City’s free city wide bus system. The Jupiter Inn offers Direct to Condo check-in, a lobby which offers a fireplace and a small library. Underground parking is available with an assigned parking space.
--The Jupiter Inn community hot tub will be closed from April 17, 2022 through May 26, 2022 and will re-open for the summer season on May 27, 2022 through Labor Day. The hot tub will be closed after Labor Day and will re-open again on Thanksgiving.
Jupiter Inn community hot tub rules:
1. Hot tub hours are 8am to 10pm daily.
2. Use of the hot tub is at one's own risk; a lifeguard is not on duty.
3. The consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited while using the hot tub.
4. Children under 14 years old are not permitted in the hot tub unless accompanied by their parent or guardian. Children under age 6 are not permitted in the hot tub at anytime.
5. Beverages are only allowed in non-breakable containers (no glass).
6. No food is allowed in the hot tub area.
7. No audio or video devices are allowed in the hot tub area.

Identity Properties Guest Services will send you a Pre-Registration E-Sign form that needs to be returned to Guest Services in advance of your arrival date. Once you've signed the E-Sign document, Guest Services will send you the Jupiiter Inn Building entry code, underground parking code, community hot tub code and your condominium front door code. Please contact our Guest Services/Reservations office at 800-245-6417 x 2 at least 1 week prior to arrival if you have not received a pre-arrival email with codes and check in information.
Housekeeping (Nightly and monthly rentals): Your rental does not include housekeeping services during your stay. Our housekeeping staff will provide additional towels, soaps, shampoo in the bathroom vanities. Housekeeping services are available for purchase. Please contact our Reservations office at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival date at 800-245-6417 x 2 for pricing and to reserve a housekeeping service.
--The Identity Properties Winter Season courtesy shuttle has been discontinued as of Jan. 2, 2022 .
