1. What can families expect in the summertime?
There is even more to do outdoors in the summertime. Park City was voted the Best Town Ever by Outside Magazine in 2013. 2. What activities do you recommend for teens and active adults?
Park City is ideal for this age group. All three of our resorts have hiking and biking trails and chairlift rides to get you to the top of the mountain to hike or bike down. Park City Mountain Resort has miniature golf, bungee trampoline, alpine slide and zip lines. Deer Valley has summer concerts on their mountainside at Snow Park Outdoor Amphitheater. Canyons Resort offers paddle boats, zip lines, catch and release fishing and concerts in their village area as well. In and around Park City, families can find free concerts in the city park, golf, river rafting, fly fishing, water sports, and ATV rides.
3. What does Park City have for families with young children?
Young children can participate in many of Park City’s outdoor activities. Monkey Mountain in the Kimball Junction area is an indoor alternative that is very popular among families with young children. Deer Valley and Canyons Resort offer day camps where they have various outdoor activities each day.
4. What is there to do on Historic Main Street with families?
Park City’s Historic Main Street has over 100 restaurants with indoor and outdoor dining, galleries, specialty boutique stores and the History of Mining Museum. Park City has two other museums and historical walking tour as well. Scenic chair lift rides are offered at all three resorts and Main Street. For those who enjoy shopping, Park City is home to eight different shopping destinations. Canyons Resort hosts the Park City Farmers’ Market every Wednesday from noon – 6:00 p.m. And not to be missed is the Park Silly Sunday Market, an award-winning open air market held every Sunday from 10am to 5pm on Historic Main Street.
5. Park City is home to several Olympic venues from the 2002 Winter Games. What activities does Utah Olympic Park offer ?
Park City is home to three Olympic venues. Utah Olympic Park hosted Bobsled, Luge and Ski Jumping events. Giant Slalom and Snowboarding events were held at Park City Mountain Resort. Deer Valley was home to Alpine and Freestyle events. All of these venues offer fun summer activities for families.
Utah Olympic Park is an especially good place to learn more about the 2002 Winter Olympics. It offers two museums, one about the 2002 Winter Olympics and another about the history of skiing in Utah, both in the same building. Utah Olympic Park also has interactive rides, zip lines, alpine slides, and bobsledding. The Flying Ace Freestyle shows are a popular summer event.
6. What lodging options are available for groups?

You might also want to consider renting one of Park City’s many pavilions at various City Parks. One of my favorites is Rotary Park, a favorite place to relax in a truly mountainous atmosphere. 8. How far is Park City from the airport and Salt Lake City?
Park City is 35 minutes away from the Salt Lake City International Airport, via Interstate 80. Rental cars are suggested, but all our Park City condominiums are located on the free shuttle service within Park City.
9. What services do we offer for large groups?

Park City, Utah has as many summer events and concerts scheduled this summer there is something to do every day in Park City.
