Park City | Pet Friendly Condominium Vacation Rentals & Policies

Don’t want to leave Fido in the kennel for the holidays?  Identity Properties offers pet friendly lodging at select locations.  Currently, the following Identity Properties locations allow rentals with a pet.

  • Park Avenue Condominiums – 1705 Captain Molly Drive, Park City Utah. Offering One, Two, Two Bedroom+Loft and Three Bedroom pet friendly condominiums.  Allows summer monthly condominium rentals with a pet in select Park Avenue condominium rental units.  Pet rental condominiums are not available during the winter season at Park Avenue.

Park City Pet Friendly policy:  Summer monthly renters are allowed one dog (25 lbs. or less) in select Park Avenue Condominiums.   A pet cleaning fee of $300 is required at the time of final payment.  This pet cleaning fee is non-refundable and is applied to the cleaning of carpet, upholstery and additional housekeeping cleaning fees.  A credit card imprint is required at check-in in addition to the prepaid pet cleaning fee.  Guests will need to complete a pet registration form which Identity Properties will need to receive prior to your arrival.  If your pet is left unattended in your condo, delay of maintenance and/or housekeeping services may occur.  Park Avenue does allow Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Akita or Pitbull breeds.   When outside, we ask that all dogs be kept on a leash.  Dogs may not be tied up in the common areas.

If a noise or other pet related complaint is reported, you will be required to find alternative housing for your pet.

Great stay in Park Avenue 227!

Fantastic location (2 blocks to slopes, across the street form grocery store, etc.), well equipped kitchen (even had a crock pot!), great private hot tub, washer and dryer, ski storage and wifi. Loved the fireplace and all amenities. Everything we needed for our family of 6 adults (and 2 year old twins) to enjoy! Loved it all – great family vacation!

Three Kings Condos offer Convenient lodging, walk to skiing & grocery

Three Kings condominiums were very nice condos close to Park City Resort. We stayed in Bldg 6 (across from the Three Kings Cabana), and it was about a block walk to the ski lift. There’s also a bus stop that can take you to the main part of the Park City resort or into Park City. Grocery store is about a 10-minute walk, which we chose to do instead of driving, because traffic leaving the resort is terrible after the lifts shut down for the day.  Communal laundry room in each building (you ask at the cabana for the key) and underground parking.   We booked a studio silver condo, which was a nice basic condo. Our condo had wifi, but I think that’s condo specific.  Great stay — we definitely plan to return next year!
