Park City | Pet Friendly Condominium Vacation Rentals & Policies

Don’t want to leave Fido in the kennel for the holidays?  Identity Properties offers pet friendly lodging at select locations.  Currently, the following Identity Properties locations allow rentals with a pet.

  • Settlers Ridge – 546/568 Deer Valley Drive. Offering Two Bedroom condominiums.  Within walking distance to Main Street, Park City.  Allows year round nightly, weekly or monthly condominium rentals with a pet.
  • Park Avenue Condominiums – 1705 Captain Molly Drive. Offering Two, Two Bedroom+Loft and Three Bedroom pet friendly condominiums.  Allows summer monthly condominium rentals with a pet in select units.  Pet rental condominiums are not available during the winter season at Park Avenue.

Park City Pet Friendly policy: One dog weighing 25 lbs. or less is allowed with nightly, weekly or monthly rentals.   A pet cleaning fee of $300 is required at the time of final payment.  This pet cleaning fee is non-refundable and is applied to the cleaning of carpet, upholstery and additional housekeeping cleaning fees.  A credit card imprint is required at check-in in addition to the prepaid pet cleaning fee.  Guests will need to complete a pet registration form which Identity Properties will need to receive prior to your arrival.  If your pet is left unattended in your condo, delay of maintenance and/or housekeeping services may occur.

If a noise or other pet related complaint is reported, you will be required to find alternative housing for your pet.

Just what we were looking for!

We are a family of five and were traveling with another family and all wanted a place
where we’d have room to spread out and the option to hang and have some apres’ ski as well. Walk to the lifts was
easy. This place fit the bill just right. Each family had their own unit right next door to each other. Had three bedroom
units for each and they were very large, clean, modern, and very nicely furnished with all the comforts of home.
Outdoor heated pool and hot tub were a nice finish to the end of the day. Close to town and on the shuttle/bus route.
Staff was helpful and friendly. We will be back and will stay here again!

Great location, beautiful views!

We have stayed here in both summer and winter. We have also stayed in various other properties in Park City. This is by
far our favorite place to stay for many reasons. The first is the location. It is on a golf course with a lot of open space
which is great for walking around. My kids like to hunt for golf balls. It is also next to the grocery store and great frozen
yogurt spot. We walk to downtown most nights which is 3-5 minutes away and the ski resort is about the same. It’s
also on the bus route if interested. We mostly walk around which is very easy. The second reason is the condo layout.
These are large units. They are large enough to separate parties out if desired (can be good with kids) but also has
one large central area for gathering/cooking. A lot of condos we have stayed in are very dark and closed but these have
a lot of natural light and are very open feeling. Our unit had a hot tub too which was nice. There are pool/tennis
facilities which we use a lot….especially in the summer. We are so happy we found this place. Highly recommended!!!
