The Three Kings Condominiums offer Studio+Loft, 1 Bedroom+Loft, 2 Bedroom, 2 Bedroom+Loft, Three Bedroom and Four Bedroom condominiums. Adjoining to the Park City Golf Course, the Three Kings Condominium complex is comprised of 9 buildings and offers wireless/internet access in the cabana near the pool area, meeting/reception room, underground parking, outdoor heated swimming pool, community hot tub and indoor saunas, on-site housekeeping and maintenance as well as a complimentary computer station located inside the check-in office.  Most condominiums at Three Kings are within walking distance to the Three Kings lift or Silver Star lift at the Park City Mountain Resort and many offer a private hot tub * and wireless access.  The Three Kings area is beautifully landscaped and offers panoramic views of the mountains. *Private hot tubs are de-activated in the summer. Summer rental activation fee is $25 per day plus tax. Please contact us 72 hours or more prior to your arrival date for summer hot tub activation at 800-245-6417.

**Off season and after hours check-ins**

Once you’ve arrived in Park City:
Proceed to the Three Kings condos located at 1500 Three Kings Drive in Park City Utah 84060.
In the middle of the complex, near the pool area, you will see the check in office at Three Kings. The office is closed April 15-May 22 and Sept.2-Dec.5. You will check in via the lockbox attached to the exterior wall of the building to the left of the entry door. Inside the wooden cabinet, you’ll find the metal lockbox. Enter the lockbox code (contact our office at least 48 hours prior to arrival to obtain the lockbox code), turn the knob and collect your check in packet with keys and the condo number that has been reserved for your stay.

Check-in time: 4:00pm…..Check-out time: 10:00am

Housekeeping (Nightly rentals): All Three Kings condominiums will receive one midweek housekeeping service for stays of 6 nights or longer. If you are staying less than 6 nights and would like to purchase housekeeping services, please contact our Reservations office at 800-245-6417 for a fee schedule.

**OFF SEASON CHECK IN: The Three Kings front desk and pool/hot tub area is closed from April 13 through May 22 and from Sept. 2 through
Dec. 5 (dates may vary). Guests will need to check in via the Three Kings lockbox during these dates.
Please contact our Reservations office at 800-245-6417 at least 48 hours prior to arrival
to obtain the lockbox code at Three Kings Condominiums. The Reservations office is
available Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm.

Great location, beautiful views!

We have stayed here in both summer and winter. We have also stayed in various other properties in Park City. This is by
far our favorite place to stay for many reasons. The first is the location. It is on a golf course with a lot of open space
which is great for walking around. My kids like to hunt for golf balls. It is also next to the grocery store and great frozen
yogurt spot. We walk to downtown most nights which is 3-5 minutes away and the ski resort is about the same. It’s
also on the bus route if interested. We mostly walk around which is very easy. The second reason is the condo layout.
These are large units. They are large enough to separate parties out if desired (can be good with kids) but also has
one large central area for gathering/cooking. A lot of condos we have stayed in are very dark and closed but these have
a lot of natural light and are very open feeling. Our unit had a hot tub too which was nice. There are pool/tennis
facilities which we use a lot….especially in the summer. We are so happy we found this place. Highly recommended!!!

Our condo was perfect for us.

We stayed in condo #11 from Jan 31- February 4 and it was great. We
stayed at the Jupiter Inn 2 years ago and chose it again because we remembered how nice it was.
The shuttle service was exceptional. Brad was outstanding! The jacuzzis were very clean and felt great after a day
of skiing. Our condo was perfect for us. We loved the bedding and the full kitchen with granite countertops and
stainless steel appliances! We will stay at the Jupiter Inn again next year when we return to Park City!
