The Payday Condominiums are conveniently located across the street from the Silver Star chairlift at the Park City Mountain Resort.  This complex offers spacious Three, Three Bedroom+Loft and Four Bedroom condominiums.  Some units offer a private hot tub* and wireless access. Payday is located one-half mile (.804 kilometers) from the base area of the Park City Mountain Resort, which is accessible via the Park City free city shuttle system.  Amenities include access to the Three Kings outdoor heat swimming pool, community outdoor hot tub and sauna facilities.  For your convenience, Identity Properties provides a complimentary on-call van service to the Three Kings pool area and to the nearby grocery store.  Click here to view our aerial photos.

Check-in: 4:00pm, if a guest arrives earlier or has a later flight, ski and luggage storage is available at the Three Kings front desk.
**OFF SEASON CHECK IN: The Three Kings front desk and pool/hot tub area is closed from April 17 through May 26 and from Sept. 5 through
Dec. 5 (dates may vary). Guests will need to check in via the Three Kings lockbox during these dates.
Please contact our Reservations office at 800-245-6417 at least 48 hours prior to arrival
to obtain the lockbox code at Three Kings Condominiums. The Reservations office is
available Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm.

May 27 – Sept. 4: The Three Kings front desk and pool area is opened daily from 11am-8pm (times may vary).

Once you’ve arrived in Park City:
Proceed to the Three Kings condos located at 1500 Three Kings Drive in Park City Utah 84060.
In the middle of the complex, near the pool area, you will see the check in office at Three Kings.
The office is closed April 17-May 26 and Sept.5-Dec.5. You will check in via the lockbox attached to the exterior
wall of the building to the left of the entry door. Inside the wooden cabinet, you’ll find the metal
lockbox. Enter the lockbox code, turn the knob and collect your check in packet with keys and the
condo number that has been reserved for your stay.  Proceed to the Payday Condominiums located a short drive from
the Three Kings check-in office. Uncoverered free parking is available at the Payday Condominiums.

Housekeeping (Nightly rentals): Gold rated condos receive a housekeeping service every other day.  Silver and Bronze rated condos: Six night stays or longer – receive one mid week clean at no additional cost.

Monthly reservations do not include housekeeping service.  Please contact the Reservations Department for fee schedule.
