A great location year round for your family vacation or group in Park City, Utah.  The Park Avenue Condominiums adjoin to the cross country ski trail (which is the golf course during the summer months) and offer One to Four Bedroom condominiums. Identity Properties offers over 50 condominium rentals at the Park Avenue complex.  The complex is conveniently located just one-half mile (.804 kilometers) from the Park City Mountain Resort.  The Park Avenue condominiums are conveniently located on Park City’s free city-wide transportation route and within walking distance to many restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Amenities include an on-site check in desk, attached carport parking, outdoor heated pool, common area hot tubs and sauna. Park Avenue Condominiums offer both entry level front door access and upstairs level front door access.  If stairs are a concern – please advise our Reservations staff at the time of booking.

Check-in: 4:00pm, if a guest arrives earlier or has a later flight, ski and luggage storage is available at the Park Avenue front desk.

**OFF SEASON CHECK-IN
: The Park Avenue front desk and pool/hot tub area is closed from April 15 through May 22 and from Sept. 2 through Dec. 5. All guests will need to check in via the Park Avenue lockbox during these dates.
Please contact our Reservations office at 800-245-6417 at least 48 hours prior to arrival to obtain the lockbox code at the Park Avenue Condominiums. The Reservations office is available Monday through Friday 9am-5pm.

**Off Season and After Hours check-in**
Once you’ve arrived in Park City:
Proceed to the Park Avenue condos located at 1705 Captain Molly Drive in Park City Utah 84060.
Turn right into the Park Avenue complex, then turn left at the fork in the road.
Near the pool area, you will see the check in office at Park Avenue.
Check in instructions for off-season dates and after hours: The office is closed April 13-May 22 and Sept.2-Dec.5. You will check in via the lockbox located next to the front office building. Inside the wooden cabinet, you’ll find the metal lockbox. Enter the lockbox code (call 435-649-5100 at least 48 hours prior to arrival to obtain the lockbox code), turn the knob and collect your check in packet with keys and the condo number that has been reserved for your stay.

Housekeeping (Nightly rentals): All Park Avenue condominiums will receive one midweek housekeeping service for stays of 6 nights or longer.  If you are staying less than 6 nights and would like to purchase housekeeping services, please contact our Reservations office at 800-245-6417 for a fee schedule.

Monthly reservations do not include housekeeping service.  Please contact the Reservations Department for fee schedule.

Great location, beautiful views!

We have stayed here in both summer and winter. We have also stayed in various other properties in Park City. This is by
far our favorite place to stay for many reasons. The first is the location. It is on a golf course with a lot of open space
which is great for walking around. My kids like to hunt for golf balls. It is also next to the grocery store and great frozen
yogurt spot. We walk to downtown most nights which is 3-5 minutes away and the ski resort is about the same. It’s
also on the bus route if interested. We mostly walk around which is very easy. The second reason is the condo layout.
These are large units. They are large enough to separate parties out if desired (can be good with kids) but also has
one large central area for gathering/cooking. A lot of condos we have stayed in are very dark and closed but these have
a lot of natural light and are very open feeling. Our unit had a hot tub too which was nice. There are pool/tennis
facilities which we use a lot….especially in the summer. We are so happy we found this place. Highly recommended!!!

Have just returned today from Park City Jupiter Inn. Nothing but praise for the Inn and its staff. We had a studio it was
large so well equipped with a full kitchen, very comfy bed etc. only minor complaint was it was very hot.! We had
daily cleaning also which was a bonus. Road was not an issue as was quiet at night. But what made it for us was the
STAFF, really friendly and helpful going out of their way to make you welcome. The shuttle bus to slopes and town
was terrific, have been back 12 hours and already planning next years trip.
