Village Loft Condominiums offer a convenient ski-in, ski-out location at the base of the Park City Mountain Resort. The complex is located just one-half mile (.804 kilometers) from Main Street. Village Loft guests, booked through Identity Properties, will check in at the Resort Plaza front desk. Our One and Two Bedroom Gold rated Village Loft condominiums offer wireless access, elevator, daily maid service at no additional cost, underground parking, bell service and off site swimming pool, hot tub and fitness facility. The surrounding plaza area offers a variety of shops and restaurants. Park City Utah’s free city-wide bus service is easily accessible from the Village Loft Condominiums. Front Desk Hours (dates/times may vary):
December 10-April 11: 8am-9pm Opened daily
April 12-December 9: Front desk is closed, however, our guests have access to the pool and hot tub facilities offsite

Check-in: 4:00pm, if a guest arrives earlier or has a later flight, ski and luggage storage is available at the Resort Plaza front desk. After hours or off-season arrivals will check in via the Resort Plaza lockbox located next to the south end of the Marsac Mill Manor building.
**OFF SEASON CHECK IN:The Resort Plaza front desk is closed from April 17 through December 5.
All guests will need to check in via the Resort Plaza lockbox during these dates. Pool and
community hot tub access is available year round.
Please contact our Reservations office at 800-245-6417 at least 48 hours prior to arrival
to obtain the lockbox code at the Resort Plaza Condominiums. The Reservations office is
available Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm.
Once you’ve arrived in Park City:
Proceed to the Resort Plaza condos located at 1355 Lowell Avenue in Park City Utah 84060.
The lockbox is located just outside the Marsac Mill Building’s glass entry door.
The office is closed April 17-Dec. 5. Inside the wooden cabinet, you’ll find the metal
lockbox. Enter the lockbox code, turn the knob and collect your check in packet with keys and the
condo number that has been reserved for your stay.
Housekeeping (Nightly rentals): Daily housekeeping service is included for all guests at no additional charge.
Monthly reservations do not include housekeeping service. Please contact the Reservations Department for fee schedule.
