Park View Condominiums feature deluxe, townhouse-style lodging just minutes from the Park City Mountain Resort, The Canyons and Deer Valley Resort. Sizes range from Two Bedroom to Three Bedroom units and most have a spacious family room in the lower level of the condominium. The Park View complex is located approximately one mile (1.6 kilometers) from the base of the Park City Mountain Resort. Park View guests will check in at the Jupiter Inn front desk. This location does not offer a pool or community hot tub.
Identity Properties now offers in-town courtesy van service to our Park View guests! Available from Dec.15 – Apr. 12 (times/dates available may vary).

Front Desk Hours (dates/times may vary):
September 2-November 18: Monday through Saturday from 9am-5pm.
November 19-April 12: Daily from 8am-9pm.
**Spring/Summer Hours: The Jupiter Inn front desk is opened Monday through Friday 9am-5pm from April 13 through September 1.

Check-in: 4:00pm, if a guest arrives earlier or has a later flight, ski and luggage storage is available at the Jupiter Inn front desk.
**Spring/Summer check-in: The Jupiter Inn front desk is opened Monday through Friday 9am-5pm from April 13 – September 1. From September 2 – November 18 we are opened Monday through Saturday from 9am-5pm (with extended hours starting on November 19). During these dates, guests who will check-in after 5pm on weekdays and Saturday or anytime on Sundays, will need to check in via our lockbox.
Please contact our Reservations office at 800-245-6417 at least 48 hours prior to arrival to obtain the lockbox and entry door code for the Jupiter Inn.
**Off season and after hours check ins**
Once you’ve arrived in Park City:
Proceed to the Jupiter Inn located at 2260 Park Avenue in Park City Utah 84060.
The lockbox is located just inside the South building’s foyer next to the elevator.
To enter the foyer, enter the door code on the exterior keypad to unlock the glass entry
doors. Enter the foyer and you’ll find the metal lockbox attached to the wall near the
elevator. Enter the lockbox code (contact our office at least 48 hours prior to arrival to obtain the lockbox code), turn the knob and collect your check in packet with keys and the
condo number that has been reserved for your stay.
Housekeeping (Nightly rentals): All ParkView condominiums will receive one midweek housekeeping service for stays of 6 nights or longer. If you are staying less than 6 nights and would like to purchase housekeeping services, please contact our Reservations office at 800-245-6417 for a fee schedule.
Monthly reservations do not include housekeeping service. Please contact the Reservations Department for fee schedule.
