Identity Properties requests a 5 night minimum stay during the holiday dates of 12/26/09-1/2/10. However, we do have some condominiums that only require 3 nights. Please call our Reservations Department at 800-245-6417 or email at reservations@pclodge.com.

Park Avenue Condominiums

*1Bedroom/1Bathroom - Silver rated units available for a 3 night stay or longer. 3 night minimum,must arrive on 12/25. 

*2 Bedroom/2.5 Bathroom - Silver rated units available with a private hot tub. 5 night minimum stay required.

*2 Bedroom Loft/2.5Bathroom - Gold and silver rated units available (with or without private hot tub). 5 night minimum stay required.

Three Kings Condominiums

*Studio Loft/2.5Bathrooms - Gold rated untis available with a 4 night minimum stay required. Silver rated units available with a 3 night minimum stay required, must arrive on 12/26.

*1Bdrm Loft/2.5Bathrooms- Gold or Silver rated units available with a 3 night minimum stay required, must arrive on 12/26.

*2Bedroom/2.5 Bathrooms - Gold rated unit available with a 3 night minimum stay required, must arrive on 12/26.

*2 Bedroom loft/2.5 Bathrooms - Gold and silver units rated available. 5 night minimum stay required.

*3Bedroom/2.5Bathroom - Gold rated unit available, 3 night minimum stay required, must arrive on 12/25.

Jupiter Inn Condominiums

*Studio/1Bathroom - Gold rated unit available with a 3 night minimum stay required, must arrive on 12/26.

*1Bdrm/2Bathroom - Gold rated units...3 night minimum stay required, must arrive on 12/26.

Resort Plaza Condos (ski in ski out)

*2Bdrm - Gold or Silver rated units available..5 night minimum stay required.
