The Three Kings Condominiums offer Studio+Loft, 1 Bedroom+Loft, 2 Bedroom, 2 Bedroom+Loft, Three Bedroom and Four Bedroom condominiums. Adjoining to the Park City Golf Course, the Three Kings Condominium complex is comprised of 9 buildings and offers wireless/internet access in the cabana near the pool area, meeting/reception room, underground parking, outdoor heated swimming pool, community hot tub and indoor saunas, on-site housekeeping and maintenance as well as a complimentary computer station located inside the check-in office.  Most condominiums at Three Kings are within walking distance to the Three Kings lift or Silver Star lift at the Park City Mountain Resort and many offer a private hot tub * and wireless access.  The Three Kings area is beautifully landscaped and offers panoramic views of the mountains. Winter Season nightly rate ranges:

*Private hot tubs are de-activated in the summer. Summer rental activation fee is $25 per day plus tax. Please contact us 72 hours or more prior to your arrival date for summer hot tub activation at 800-245-6417.
 

 
 

May 23 – Sept. 1: The Three Kings front desk and pool area will be opened daily from 10am-9pm (times may vary).

**Off season and after hours check-ins**

Once you’ve arrived in Park City:
Proceed to the Three Kings condos located at 1500 Three Kings Drive in Park City Utah 84060.
In the middle of the complex, near the pool area, you will see the check in office at Three Kings. The office is closed April 15-May 22 and Sept.2-Dec.5. You will check in via the lockbox attached to the exterior wall of the building to the left of the entry door. Inside the wooden cabinet, you’ll find the metal lockbox. Enter the lockbox code (contact our office at least 48 hours prior to arrival to obtain the lockbox code), turn the knob and collect your check in packet with keys and the condo number that has been reserved for your stay.

Check-in time: 4:00pm…..Check-out time: 10:00am

Housekeeping (Nightly rentals): All Three Kings condominiums will receive one midweek housekeeping service for stays of 6 nights or longer. If you are staying less than 6 nights and would like to purchase housekeeping services, please contact our Reservations office at 800-245-6417 for a fee schedule.

**OFF SEASON CHECK IN: The Three Kings front desk and pool/hot tub area are closed from April 13 through May 22 and from Sept. 2 through December 5 (dates may vary). Guests will need to check in via the Three Kings lock box during these dates.
Please contact our Reservations office at 800-245-6417 at least 48 hours prior to arrival to obtain the lock box code for the Three King Condominiums.  The Reservations office is available Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm during the summer months and daily, 8am-9pm during the winter months.

Just what we were looking for!

We are a family of five and were traveling with another family and all wanted a place
where we’d have room to spread out and the option to hang and have some apres’ ski as well. Walk to the lifts was
easy. This place fit the bill just right. Each family had their own unit right next door to each other. Had three bedroom
units for each and they were very large, clean, modern, and very nicely furnished with all the comforts of home.
Outdoor heated pool and hot tub were a nice finish to the end of the day. Close to town and on the shuttle/bus route.
Staff was helpful and friendly. We will be back and will stay here again!

Great winter experience!

Spent a week at the Resort Plaza, Park City, Utah. It was a great experience. The staff at the resort were very helpful
and courteous. The transportation van was timely with good restaurant and shopping suggestions. Kudos to the staff
and manager. Pool was warm, Spa was hot and clean. Great winter experience.
