Settlers Ridge Condominiums are located at the entrance to the Deer Valley Resort area and within walking distance to Park City’s Main Street.  Settlers Ridge is located just one and a half miles (2.40 kilometers) from the Park City Mountain Resort and one-half mile (.804) from the Deer Valley Resort.  These Upper Silver rated units offer underground parking, a community outdoor hot tub, spacious remodeled kitchens and comfortable furnishings throughout each condominium.  Settlers Ridge guests will check in at the Park Avenue Condominiums front desk. This complex is conveniently located on Park City’s free transportation route and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops on Main Street.

Courtesy van service is available Dec. 15 through April 14 (times/dates available may vary).

Check-In location: Park Avenue Condominiums front desk, 1705 Captain Molly Drive.  Then proceed to the Settlers Ridge Condominiums located at 564-568 Deer Valley Drive.

Check-in: 4:00pm, if a guest arrives earlier or has a later flight, ski and luggage storage is available at the Park Avenue front desk.
**OFF SEASON CHECK-IN: The Park Avenue front desk and pool/hot tub area is closed from April 13 through May 22 and from Sept. 2 through Dec. 5. All guests will need to check in via the Park Avenue lockbox during these dates.
Please contact our Reservations office at 800-245-6417 at least 48 hours prior to arrival to obtain the lockbox code at the Park Avenue Condominiums. The

May 23 – Sept. 1: The Park Avenue front desk is opened daily from 10am-9pm (times may vary).

Once you’ve arrived in Park City:
Proceed to the Park Avenue condos located at 1705 Captain Molly Drive in Park City Utah 84060.
Turn right into the Park Avenue complex, then turn left at the fork in the road.
Near the pool area, you will see the check in office at Park Avenue.
The office is closed April 13-May 22 and Sept.2-Dec.5. You will check in via the lockbox located next to the front office building. Inside the wooden cabinet, you’ll find the metal
lockbox. Enter the lockbox code, turn the knob and collect your check in packet with keys and the condo number that has been reserved for your stay. Proceed to the Settlers Ridge condominiums located at 564-568 Deer Valley Drive.

Housekeeping (Nightly rentals): All Settlers Ridge condominiums will receive one midweek housekeeping service for stays of 6 nights or longer.  If you are staying less than 6 nights and would like to purchase housekeeping services, please contact our Reservations office at 800-245-6417 for a fee schedule.

Monthly reservations do not include housekeeping service.  Please contact the Reservations Department for fee schedule.

Have just returned today from Park City Jupiter Inn. Nothing but praise for the Inn and its staff. We had a studio it was
large so well equipped with a full kitchen, very comfy bed etc. only minor complaint was it was very hot.! We had
daily cleaning also which was a bonus. Road was not an issue as was quiet at night. But what made it for us was the
STAFF, really friendly and helpful going out of their way to make you welcome. The shuttle bus to slopes and town
was terrific, have been back 12 hours and already planning next years trip.

Our condo was perfect for us.

We stayed in condo #11 from Jan 31- February 4 and it was great. We
stayed at the Jupiter Inn 2 years ago and chose it again because we remembered how nice it was.
The shuttle service was exceptional. Brad was outstanding! The jacuzzis were very clean and felt great after a day
of skiing. Our condo was perfect for us. We loved the bedding and the full kitchen with granite countertops and
stainless steel appliances! We will stay at the Jupiter Inn again next year when we return to Park City!
