Resort Plaza Condominiums offer a convenient ski-in, ski-out location at the base of the new Park City Mountain Resort. These condominiums are located just one-half mile (.804 kilometers) from Main Street. Comprised of three buildings, Resort Plaza condominiums offer an on-site front desk, wireless access, elevator,  underground parking, bell service and off site swimming pool, hot tub and fitness facility. Condominiums at the Resort Plaza range in size from spacious One Bedroom to Three Bedroom units. The surrounding plaza area offers a variety of shops and restaurants. Front Desk/Pool and Hot Tub Hours (dates/times may vary):

December 15-April 14: 8am-9pm Opened daily

April 15-December 15: Front desk is closed, however, our guests have access to the pool and hot tub facilities offsite.  **Check in via lockbox – call 800-245-6417 x2 at least 3 days prior to your arrival to obtain lockbox code and instructions**Guests are issued a pool/spa/fitness facility key card at check-in.

Check-in: 4:00pm, if a guest arrives earlier or has a later flight, ski and luggage storage is available at the Resort Plaza front desk.  After hours or off-season arrivals will check in via the Resort Plaza lock box located next to the south end of the Marsac Mill Manor building.

The Resort Plaza front desk is closed from April 15 through December 15.

All guests will need to check in via the Resort Plaza lock box during these dates.  Heated swimming pool, community hot tub and fitness facility access is available year round.

Please contact our Reservations office at 800-245-6417 at least 48 hours prior to arrival to obtain the lock box code at the Resort Plaza Condominiums. The Reservations office is available Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm.

**Off season and after hours check-ins**

Once you’ve arrived in Park City:

Proceed to the Resort Plaza condos located at 1325 Lowell Avenue in Park City Utah 84060.

The lock box is located just outside the Marsac Mill Building’s glass entry door.

The office is closed April 15-Dec. 15. Inside the wooden cabinet, you’ll find the metal lock box. Enter the lock box code (contact our office at least 48 hours prior to arrival to obtain the lock box code), turn the knob and collect your check in packet with keys and the condo number that has been reserved for your stay.

Housekeeping (Winter nightly rentals): From November 15 until April 10, Resort Plaza guests will receive one midweek housekeeping service when you reserve a stay for six nights or longer.  From April 11 – November 14, your Resort Plaza reservation includes the departure clean but no additional housekeeping is provided.  Housekeeping services are available for purchase, please contact 800-245-6417 x 2 to reserve.

Monthly reservations do not include housekeeping service.  Please contact the Reservations Department for fee schedule.

Great stay in Park Avenue 227!

Fantastic location (2 blocks to slopes, across the street form grocery store, etc.), well equipped kitchen (even had a crock pot!), great private hot tub, washer and dryer, ski storage and wifi. Loved the fireplace and all amenities. Everything we needed for our family of 6 adults (and 2 year old twins) to enjoy! Loved it all – great family vacation!

Just what we were looking for!

We are a family of five and were traveling with another family and all wanted a place
where we’d have room to spread out and the option to hang and have some apres’ ski as well. Walk to the lifts was
easy. This place fit the bill just right. Each family had their own unit right next door to each other. Had three bedroom
units for each and they were very large, clean, modern, and very nicely furnished with all the comforts of home.
Outdoor heated pool and hot tub were a nice finish to the end of the day. Close to town and on the shuttle/bus route.
Staff was helpful and friendly. We will be back and will stay here again!
