Crescent Ridge Condominiums offer privacy in a secluded, beautiful mountain setting. The complex resides in a quiet, tree-lined area of Park City and offers Three Bedroom and Three Bedroom+Loft condominiums. Crescent Ridge condominiums in Park City, Utah offer easy lift access and are located approximately one half mile (.804 kilometers) from the base of the Park City Mountain Resort and a short walk to the nearby Silver Star lift. Crescent Ridge Park City condominiums offer private garage parking and some units offer a private hot tub*. Most condominiums are accessed via an outdoor stairway. Crescent Ridge guests have access to the outdoor heated pool and common area hot tubs at the Three Kings complex. Identity Properties offers an in-town, on-call courtesy van service to our Crescent Ridge condo guests during the winter season!
Courtesy van service is available Dec. 15 through April 15 (times/dates available may vary).

*Private hot tubs are de-activated in the summer. Summer rental activation fee is $25 per day plus tax. Please contact us 72 hours or more prior to your arrival date for summer hot tub activation at 800-245-6417.

Check-in: 4:00pm, if a guest arrives earlier or has a later flight, ski and luggage storage is available.
The Three Kings front desk and pool/hot tub area is closed from April 13 through May 22 and from Sept. 2 through Dec. 5 (dates may vary). Guests will need to check in via the Three Kings lock box during these dates.
Please contact our Reservations office at 800-245-6417 at least 48 hours prior to arrival to obtain the lock box code at Three Kings Condominiums.  From mid-April through Dec.1, the Reservations office is available Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm with extended hours/days after Dec. 1.

May 23 – Sept. 1: The Three Kings front desk and pool area is opened daily from 11am-8pm (times may vary).

Once you’ve arrived in Park City:
Proceed to the Three Kings condos located at 1500 Three Kings Drive in Park City Utah 84060.
In the middle of the complex, near the pool area, you will see the check in office at Three Kings.
The office is closed April 13-May 22 and Sept.2-Dec.5. You will check in via the lock box attached to the exterior
wall of the building to the left of the entry door. Inside the wooden cabinet, you’ll find the metal
lock box. Enter the lock box code, turn the knob and collect your check in packet with keys and the
condo number that has been reserved for your stay.

Housekeeping (Nightly rentals): All Crescent Ridge condos receive one midweek housekeeping service for stays of 6 nights or longer.  If you are staying less than 6 nights and would like to purchase housekeeping service, please contact our Reservations office at 800-245-6417 for a fee schedule.
Monthly reservations do not include housekeeping service. Please contact the Reservations Department for fee schedule.

Resort Plaza Condominiums #5051 Park City Utah

Resort Plaza Condominiums offered everything we needed for our Park City ski vacation.  I had never been to Park City so had no real frame of reference as to where to stay. I was traveling with my 2 young adult kids and we had come to ski. I ended up booking into the Resort Plaza.  We were so happy with everything about the condo. It is in the center of the little village with shops and a few restaurants. It was a stone’s throw from the lift. The unit of the Resort Plaza was 5051 and had everything you could possibly want. So clean and well equipped.  My daughter and I shared the big king and my son slept on the queen pullout. I just can’t compliment them enough. We had a one bedroom with a nice size living area. A well equipped kitchen with all appliances. Just excellent.

Great location, beautiful views!

We have stayed at Park Avenue Condominiums in both summer and winter. We have also stayed in various other properties in Park City. This is by far our favorite place to stay for many reasons. The first is the location. It is on a golf course with a lot of open space which is great for walking around. My kids like to hunt for golf balls. It is also next to the grocery store and great frozen yogurt spot. We walk to downtown most nights which is 3-5 minutes away and the ski resort is about the same. It’s also on the bus route if interested. We mostly walk around which is very easy. The second reason is the condo layout.  These are large units. They are large enough to separate parties out if desired (can be good with kids) but also has one large central area for gathering/cooking. A lot of condos we have stayed in are very dark and closed but these have a lot of natural light and are very open feeling. Our unit had a hot tub too which was nice. There are pool/tennis facilities which we use a lot….especially in the summer. We are so happy we found this place. Highly recommended!!!
