At Identity Properties, we have a 32 year history of accommodating groups ranging in size from 20 people to over 300 people. Our various condominium properties provide a great range of common area amenities and we can also arrange a variety of parties along with discounted lift passes and other winter and summer related activities. Identity Properties offers multiple units within the same complex – so your entire group can lodge at the same location. Our on-site front desks and on-site bell service make group check-ins a breeze!
For winter or summer – Park City Utah is a great place to celebrate a family reunion, ski or snowboard with your winter club or have that sales retreat with your office.
Need to arrange a group party? Our Three Kings Cabana offers 1500 square feet of reception space and breathtaking views of the Park City Mountain Resort. For your convenience, a full kitchen is adjacent to the cabana. We give you the option to bring in your own food and beverages or we can assist you with catering options. Our Jupiter Inn location also offers a 500 square foot meeting room.
