Testimonials

Great stay in Park Avenue 227!

Fantastic location (2 blocks to slopes, across the street form grocery store, etc.), well equipped kitchen (even had a crock pot!), great private hot tub, washer and dryer, ski storage and wifi. Loved the fireplace and all amenities. Everything we needed for our family of 6 adults (and 2 year old twins) to enjoy! Loved it all – great family vacation!

Park Avenue Condos Unit 229 by Identity Properties

Best thing about Park Ave condominiums is location! it is adjacent to the free city shuttle bus stop and very close to Park City Mnt for skiing, and only a short ride to the Main street activities and restaurants. It is also located right across the street from Fresh Market grocery and Rite Aid and Starbucks and McDonalds, and just a short walk to the state liquor store and Squatters Grill and Pub, which is very tasty.
