At Identity Properties we have a long history of accommodating groups ranging in size from 20 people to over 500 people. Our various condominium properties provide a great range of common area amenities and we can also arrange a variety of parties along with discounted lift passes and many other fun activities.
Both in winter and summer Park City is a great place to bring a family reunion, ski club or whatever kind of group you may have!
Group Specials - Winter 2008/2009

1. Groups committing to 5 or more units and staying 7 nights or longer, will receive a complimentary 1-hour hosted reception. Call for details.
2. 5th Night Free! - Pay for 4 nights and get your 5th night FREE! Valid on stays between Jan.3-14, 2009; Jan. 29-Feb. 11; March 28-April 13, 2009.
3. Groups committing to 8 or more units and staying 7 nights or longer, will receive 1 complimentary stay/condo, call for details.
