Shops are gearing up, the runs are getting covered in snow-thanks snow makers, and condition training has started.   Its time to get the ski boots out make sure they fit and feel good then start jumping around with them on.  If boots don’t feel good get down to a boot fitter and fix the problems now, don’t wait til your on the mountain.  Check back for more condition training ideas.
